"You're doing it all wrong!"
"No I'm not!"
"Yes you are! You're not allowed to touch the lego sets!"
"Yes I am! Mummy said I can!"
"Victoria!"
"Mummy!"
Victoria came huffing down the stairs only to find 3 year old Coretti fighting with Eric. Again. Ever since Coretti started speaking, he and his father have been going at it. Both wanted Victoria's undivided attention and that caused them to fight like madmen. Over lego sets.
It's not that Eric didn't love Coretti. He would gladly give up his life for his son. It's just that jealousy was a strong emotion. Coretti had already ruined their sex life since he was born. Crying every single time Victoria was ready to mate with Eric and then the nightmares started.
It was all Eric's fault though, he read Coretti stories of the boogeyman and the grim reaper. He now has to pay the consequences for his actions. Victoria didn't mind though. She loved having both her men by her side. Even though Coretti caused her countless sleepless nights, she was glad that at the end of the day, she had him and Eric.
After their 3rd wedding anniversary, Eric had planned a 'no kids' getaway for himself and Victoria and left Coretti with Riely and her daughter Melanie. Melanie was a cute 2 and half year old, born exactly 5 months after Coretti. Riely went into labour 2 weeks late and Adam was on baby duty for the first 2 weeks as payback.
Riely's mood swings were much more entertaining than Victoria's had been, more so because she got around the pack more than Victoria did during pregnancy. Riely had wanted to do everything while she was pregnant while Victoria only wanted to eat and watch tv. Granted, Victoria did have a male were and male were and their appetite is one thing you don't question.
The morning after Eric and Victoria mated for the first time, she wanted to get Eric breakfast in bed and had only made 20 pancakes thinking that it would be enough. She was dead wrong, Eric ate 15 of those pancakes and still wanted more. Victoria never had much appetite during the season changes so she gave Eric 3 of her pancakes and only ate 2.
She had whacked Eric upside his head when he had demanded more and he had gone stomping to the pack house and asked his mother to make him more pancakes. He ate 20 more after that. (I HAD PANCAKESS THIS MORING! I LOVE PANCAKES!) Victoria's expression was worth looking at, her eyes were bulging out of her sockets, her jaw hanging open. Everyone in the kitchen had laughed at her expression, she clearly hadn't known how much Eric could eat. Back at her old pack, Victoria only made 10 pancakes for each member.
Back to her and Eric's getaway. They had gone to Hawaii courtesy of Elizabeth and Richard where they bumped into Ryder, who was training a small pack there as well. Eric hadn't liked that but after Victoria bluntly told him to 'suck it up' and 'stop being a baby' he had let it be. Even though Ryder had tagged along on their 3 day getaway, 2 weeks later Victoria found out she was pregnant again.
Abby, who was now over her crush on Ryder and now was head over heels for a guy in her grade, along with Coretti and Melanie had been ectastic. Abby was still a bit more controlled and Melanie was just happy to have a new baby to play dress up with. Although Coretti had to be the most and the least excited one. When they found out that Victoria was having a girl, Coretti came to the conclusion that his mother would now pay more attention to the baby than him, as she already was, he refused to do anything with the baby. Victoria was hurt that her own son wouldn't want a sister but had calmed down when Coretti told everyone his reason. He had said "I don't want a sister because girls have cooties!" and to that Melanie, who had recently learnt the word 'cooties' had said "I thought boys had cooties?"
