"Mummy wake up!"
"Mum please, I need help!"
"Mummy Coretti needs your help!"
Victoria grumbled before turning over, capturing hold of Emily's little waist before pulling her on the bed and cuddling with her before trying to fall asleep again.
Eric had been gone for over a week for an Alpha's meeting which Victoria was supposed to go to as well, but Eric being the overprotective Alpha he is, he refused to let Victoria get even 50 feet close to Daniel. Victoria had been annoyed but agreed nevertheless.
Now, she regretted it. Sleeping without her mate by her side had become a big no-no.
"Mummy!!" Coretti's screams echoed from his room. Victoria sat upright, Emily rolling away once free from her mother's tight grip and ran to Coretti's room.
Victoria waddled behind her, tying her robe around her on the way, worried that something had happened to her pup.
Just a few weeks ago Victoria and Eric were woken up at 4 in the morning because Coretti was screaming at the top of his lungs.
A lot of the pack had assembled, the guards getting ready to burst in and the pack doctor already rushing in along with Elizabeth.
Coretti was laying at the bottom step, his lip swollen and bleeding, his gums coated in his own blood and scratches and carpet burns on his arms.
Victoria had quickly gone down the stiars and held Coretti tightly in her arms and Eric had his arms wrapped around them both, growling and wanting explanations.
Coretti was then diagnosed with sleepwalking. It worried Victoria a bit but Eric then proposed the idea that maybe untill Coretti turns 13 he could share a room with Emily who is a light sleeper and would know when Coretti would have another sleepwalking episode and could warn her parents or take care of Coretti.
Victoria and Eric along with the guards were on high alert should Coretti hurt himself again.
Victoria reached Coretti's room only to find her 10 year old stuck in his clothing. His pants were inside out, his shirt's head hole had his arm sticking out of it, one arm hole had his other arm out of it, and he was currently trying to fit his head into the arm hole.
Victoria breathed out in relief, a few tears running down her face as Coretti panicked and tried to free himself.
Victoria took off his shirt and pants and dressed him properly, the guards already back outside, sensing no danger and the pack doctor back to her clinic. Elizabeth was behind Victoria, holding Emily close as the sleepy 7 year old's eyes drooped, her brother not screaming anymore.
"Why are you dressing up right now Cor?" Victoria questioned, recognising the outfit to be his outdoor casual one.
"Grandma's taking me and Em for ice cream. We didn't want to disturb you so I helped Emily and then myself." Cor replied in a small voice, sad that he ended up disturbing his mummy.
It was only then that Victoria noticed that Emily was still wearing her dress from the morning but now she was covered in layers of jackets and scarves.
"Coretti!" Victoria exclaimed, hurrying to rid Emily of so many layers that would make her sick in the blistering hot weather.
"Mummy!" Coretti whined, zipping the jackets shut again, Emily too sleepy to care. "Boys will stare at her and I don't want that and daddy said not to let that happen!" Coretti exclaimed in a loud voice.
