"Please be careful with that mirror!" I say to the film team as they carry the Mirror of the Erised onto the set.

"She means, if you drop it then you're paying for it with you jobs!"

"Martin!"

"What? It's true."

I roll my eyes at him as Bill and Angie carry the mirror between them. Carefully.

"Aren't you meant to be sorting the trailer out?"

"Yeah, but not until after the lunch break."

"Right," I nod. "So just in time for Jamie to get here then."

"Exactly!" He beams at me.

I scowl at him. "You're irritating. Where's Ollie?"

"He's just looking at some of the stuff we've already filmed. Why?"

"Well, because that mirror was the last thing to be put into place, which means it's time for the lunch break now, and I wanted to have lunch with him."

"That, or you want him with you when Jamie gets here."

"Can you just drop it?" I snap. "I'm fine with Jamie being here, I just want to spend some time with my boyfriend if that's alright with you."

He raises his hands in surrender. "Whatever you say y/n. I call bullshit but, you know, whatever you want. Go get some quality time with your munchkin."

"Just fuck off Martin."

I walk away, nervous sweat beading my forehead, and make my way to the production room.

I knock gently before I enter.

Ollie is sat close next to Debbie as she shows him some footage from the end scene.

"Hope you're not giving too much away," I joke. "Save some for the trailer."

"Hey, love," Ollie smiles as he turns to me. "Martin told me I could have an exclusive sneak peak, is that alright?"

"Yeah of course," I come stand behind him and rest a hand gently on his shoulder. "I was just coming to find you. We're sending everyone on their lunch break now."

"Oh cool! Want to grab lunch together?"

"Of course," I grin and lean down to give him a quick kiss.

"Do you mind if I ask Mel to come? I don't want her to feel left out."

Left out of what? Our relationship?

"Yeah sure, sounds great."

He stands up from the chair and presses a kiss to my forehead. "Great, I'll just go get her."

"Ok."

He puts the headphones down on the table and goes to find his sister.

"Hey Debbie, how's everything looking?"

"Really good! I'm really happy with how everything's come through on the camera, and I'm going through some stuff with Martin after lunch for the trailer."

"Yeah he said, I'm sure it'll be great. But I'd like to see it before it's released if that's okay?"

"Yeah absolutely, I wanted to run it by you as well anyway, you are both the directors after all."

"Alright, great. Thanks Debbie, enjoy your lunch."

"You too y/n!"

She waves me off as I leave the room and gently close the door behind me.

As I'm pulling the handle to shut the door, a small pair of hands appear in front on my eyes.

"Guess who?"

I grin, "Hey Mel, you coming with us for lunch?"

I turn to see the small, slim, beaming girl.

"Yep, Ollie just came to tell me. Thanks for asking me. I know I'm still only an intern here, but I'm glad it doesn't get in the way of our friendship."

"Of course," I offer her a smile, "And hey, there's nothing 'only' about being an intern. I started off in a position similar to yours, and look at me now."

"You were an intern?"

"Well, not exactly. But I was that person who'd make all the coffees, organise the costumes, help in hair an makeup. Then Martin gave me a great opportunity to lead the costume team, and I've just kept working my way up from there."

"Wow, that's amazing! I'd love to be in your position one day."

"You definitely could. You just have to keep at it. It's hard, but it's worth it."

"And what's next, do you think?"

"What do you mean?"

"Well what's the next step for you?"

I think for a minute. "I don't know. I suppose the next logical step would be to direct something completely by myself, but I couldn't imagine working without Martin."

"Even though you fight all the time?" She laughs.

"We do, don't we?" I laugh too. "Though it doesn't really mean anything at the end of the day, and it doesn't change how we work together."

"Yeah, everyone can see that. You work amazingly together."

"Thanks Mel. One day, I know you could fill my shoes."

"You really think so?"

"I know so."

I can see Ollie approaching from the corner of my eye.

"Here he is," I grin at him.

"How's my two favourite girls?" He puts an arm around each of our shoulders and starts to lead us towards the exit. "What do we fancy? Pizza? Chinese? Sushi?"

"Ugh not sushi," Mel says. "You know I hate fish."

"Alright, alright. Not sushi. Italian?"

"Sounds good to me," I nod as I wrap my arm around his waist.

"Me too," Mel agrees.

"Right then, Italian it is."

The door's already open, but we have to split to be able to get through the door.

Mel walks out first, then Ollie and I follow, hand-in-hand.

"Ooh, we could go to that cute little place we went to a few weeks ago. Can't remember what it's called, but you know the place, right?"

"Yeah I know, might be a bit far away though. We've only got an hour and a half before we have to be back," he grimaces.

"Yeah I guess so. We'll find somewhere."

"Yes we will," he says then kisses the side of my forehead.

We nearly walk into Mel, who's stopped just outside.

"Mel, you okay?" I ask and gently touch her arm.

"Y/n?" It's a strangely familiar voice, but it's not Mel, it's not Ollie, and it's not Martin.

It's a voice I haven't heard for five years.

I turn and finally see what Mel's staring at.

Tall. Blue eyes. Blonde hair. Sunglasses. Tattoos. A perfect smile.

Ollie gently squeezes my hand at my side.

I eventually open my mouth to speak.

"Hi Jamie."
