''Takeomi!'' you breathed out, relieved tears filling your eyes.

''And you-'' he pointed at your form ''-owe me a fucking explanation after I beat the shit out of these pussies!'' and oh wow, was all that irritation finally coming in handy.

You took him back to the brothel since Shin mentioned that he has a younger sister - you didn't want her to see him beaten up like that.

Maybe it's a bit unnecessary, maybe she had already seen him in similar condition, you didn't have any way in knowing, however you felt compelled to do this. He literally saved your ass, this is the least you could do.

He groaned as he stretched on the pink couch where you left him at. He already knew from his investigation that this is where you lived so he wasn't all that much surprised when you took him here.

What surprised him however was the fact that you actually offered to patch him up.

He was thankful, don't get him wrong, it's just that he wasn't expecting it.

And that is why, when you finally came back with the first aid and began patching him up, he couldn't help but question you.

''Why would you take me here?''

''..To patch you up?'' you answered with the most 'duh' tone Takeomi has ever heard, and believe him when he says he had heard a lot - he lives with Senju after all.

A tick mark appeared on his forehead at that.

''I meant why-'' you opened your mouth to reply ''-and no more 'smart' answers! Tell me the truth.'' and you closed it back up with a sigh.

''Believe it or not, I just wanted to return the favor. You saved me after all. That's it.''

''...No ulterior motives?''

''Nope, no ulterior motives. You are Shin's friend. I won't do something like that.''

''..Alright then.'' he settled back and left you to continue patching him up.

''..She might not be that bad for Shin at the end of the day..'' were his unsaid thoughts.

''Oh believe me, I definitely would.'' you gaped at the audacity.

''..This is so unfair..'' you muttered under your breath as you sat down next to him.
