Ruby De Martel " Twin sister of Tristan De Martel " Ruby and Aurora never got along, she always blamed Aurora for their mother's death and felt that she had stolen Tristan from her. It was no secret that their brother adored the youngest one and loved her more than his own twin. This turned Ruby into a jealous and insecure person and she closed herself from Rory. Growing up she realized that Rory was mentally unstable, so she used it to her advantage and would deliberately cause problems for her younger sister so that she would loose control. This attitude didn't change when they turned into vampires, she always tried to put Tristan against Aurora and it was she who convinced him to sent their youngest to that monastery. Everytime Rory almost got better Ruby would ruin everything, which led the younger sister to loose control. There's another reason why Ruby hates her younger sister - back when the Mikaelson'scame to their kingdom, even Klaus had choosen Aurora.
Ruby : it's good to see you again little sister......(she smirks and goes to stand beside her brother)As I was saying the only destruction here will be theirs we have a plan that will ensure it.
Rory : Do tell what is this plan of yours you are so confident about .
Ruby : uh uh sister, you only get to know the plan if you are on our team, which by the way you are acting is clear whose team you are on.
You will rather take the side of your enemies than your family.
The Mikaelson's were grateful for Aurora as she took their side and was clearly their ally along with the siphoner and Katherine. Elijah took a mental note to apologize to Aurora and Katherine for all the things that they did to them and will surely drag Klaus with him. After all that is what they are here for, to do better and make strong allies to make a better future for their children.

Everyone was on edge, if the Mikaelson's died then all of them were doomed.
We see several scenes of Team Strix vs Team Mikaelson :
Aya and Rebekah are fighting when suddenly, they are surrounded by Strix members but before they could hurt the original, her elder sister arrived and snapped all of their necks with her magic.
Freya : I can't leave you alone for five minutes.
Rebekah sents a grateful smile to Freya, which she returns.
Now we see Elijah fight with the Strix, he was getting overpowered but then Hayley jumps through the window and helps him.
