OLD MILL, MYSTIC FALLS WOODS
Josie is walking around with a drink in hand when she sees Penelope standing by a tree. The two stare at each other for a long moment before they both turn away from each other and walk away. Nearby MG is having a discussion with his fellow vampires who seemed uninterested in what he had to say.
MG : No, like Twillight ruined all vampire mythos.
"Agreed" - said all the vampires
Okay y'all want reality? then gotta go old school. You known my man Blade? He is the GOAT. His crazy mom was all "you wouldn't kill me"...and he's all "I must release you" and then he's bam! Stab! .....Bro kills his crazy-ass mom! I'm not saying y'all should kill your mom, cause that's messed up.
"Unless she is Esther Mikaelson" - said the scooby doo gang and the Mikaelson's together.
They stared at each other for some moments as they had spoken the same thing at the same time.
Elijah - "something we agree on ?"
"something we agree on. " was heard in response from everyone else.
MG keeps rambling and doesn't realize when his friends have left and when he turns around he stops when he is met with emptiness and silence and sighs.
Josie and Rafael are sitting around a fire together, he smiles at her in gratification.
Rafael : Thanks for your help with Landon.
Josie : Yeah.......Of course, don't mention it !!!
They remain silent for a few moments and that's when she changes the subject to something else.
"I know my sister kind of put her foot in it earlier......I just wanted you to know that we are really sorry for what happened to you."
"sisters before misters" - Caroline smiled
Although the reminder of the conservation with her sister troubled the werewolf a bit, he was none the less grateful for the concern.
Rafael : Thanks.
Then in a sort of reminiscent state he continued - "You know I had gotten a track scholarship to the UVA...she...was gonna follow me after graduation."
"She was the best person I knew , she was perfect. I pretty much loved her the way that they say only exists in movies."
"A love like that doesn't always last forever" - said Aurora as she is reminiscing about the past and future.
Hearing him reminded Josie of her and Penelope, no matter how much she tries she can never not stop thinking about it ; Penelope was her first love after all ....the sweet memories would always flood in and they are always followed by the ones which kept her up at night crying.
Josie : People who say that kind of stuff are the ones who have never had their hearts crushed.
He chuckles.
Rafael : You too ?
She shrugs.
Josie : On a regular. I care too much. It's kind of a problem.
Rafael : I don't think that's a problem at all.
They smile at each other at seem to be lost in each other for a few seconds.
