Lizzie who was extremely upset with how her conversation with Raphael turned out, was using her powers to let out the frustrations.
She destroyed everything that came in sight, cabinets, dishes, cups etc.
She had lost her ability to think at that time hence when she heard someone coming her initial action was to throw a knife at the person, so that's what she did.
But she stopped at the last minute when she realized what she was doing, and stopped the knife in mid air... Unfortunately the person was no one other than her father and the knife was inches away from his eyes.
Feeling guilty and exhausted she greeted him.
Lizzie : Hi Daddy....
Despite what happened, Ric had a tender look in his eyes and smiled warmly.
Ric : Hey baby....
"That's it!!!" - Rebekah exclaimed in shock.
"I know sister it's quite unbelievable.... If it was our father-" Finn spoke after collecting himself from the shock.
"We would have been 10 feet underground." - Kai indicated this statement to his sisters who nodded in agreement.
"Not before a proper beating" - Damon added on to Kai's statement.
"You might be a terrible teacher but atleast you are a good father." - Caroline

This room had two beds, it was filled with canvases, paint, brushes, books and flowers.
Freyja sat at the end of her bed staring at a crystal in her hands and playing with it.

"It's a remembrance crystal." - Kol said.
"Remembrance crystal??" - Liv
"Yes, these are very rare and very enchanting. Back in the earlier times before the invention of photographs or cameras, these stones were used to store memories & special moments." - Kol
"So like a modern day phone where we record or click pictures." - Carol
"Yes but unlike phones where you have to open a camera to click or record, the stone collects everything directly from the mind." - Freya
"You can't always afford to record everything on your mobile. But if you have it in your mind you can have it in the crystal." - Finn
"I think I saw something similar to this in my Grams stuff." - Bonnie wondered.
"It is tradition for every Bennett to have atleast one and it's passed on from generations." - Qetsiyah
"That crystal was your Grams, but after her death it became yours." - Emily
"After you return make sure to collect it." - Ayana
She wrapped her fingers on the crystal and was about to close her eyes when, the door to her dorm opened and Hope walked inside.
