7 casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
Today's prayer prompt is that you go before God in prayer and list your worries. Afterwards, tell yourself you're casting them upon Christ.
If your worry is your future, you pray "Lord, I cast this anxiety for my future upon you, it's your responsibility. My life is in your hands...."
Continue praying until you feel the peace of the Holy Spirit overwhelms your heart. Don't rush but stay there until you'll feel that peace and lightness, even if it takes minutes upon minutes, stay in that place of prayer because what's happening spiritually is that your faith is increasing, your intimacy with the Holy Spirit is increasing as you pour your heart towards Him and expect to receive His peace.
