Chapter 5: Back at Blackwell Part 2

Max's POV
Chloe and I got to Blackwell at about 10pm. The party had just kicked off. Because of this, no one was paying attention to us. As we walked around, we found a familiar face. It was Brooke.
B: Max!
M: Hey Brooke, still flying your drone?
B: Yeah. I'm sorry you never got to fly her.
M: Me too.
B: So, what brings you and Chloe back to Blackwell?
C: We're helping the Arcadia Bay Police Department in the investigation of 5 Seconds of Summer's disappearance.
B: I remember that night. I was working here late.
M: Can you tell us what you remember?
B: I was working with a student. When we were done, I was walking to my car. I saw someone pulling a group of people that were tied together toward a Prescott Industries van.
C: Do you remember anything about what the person looked like?
B: I couldn't get a clear view of the person. I was scared. So, I ran to my car as fast as I could and left.
M: Thanks Brooke.
B: No problem. I hope you catch this person.

Well, talking to Brooke wasn't a complete waste. At least we have two eye witnesses that saw a Prescott Industries van at the scene that night.

A few hours later, Chloe and I were doing our best to blend in with the current Blackwell students. We heard someone scream "HELP ME!" That's when Chloe and I sprung into action.

We ran toward the voice, who was still calling for help, and came to a pit that we had never seen before. Lying in the pit was someone who was blind folded and tied up at the hands and feet. We carried the body and undid the ties and blind fold.

G: *shaking* Who are you? *Starts to run away*
Max: *holds person* We're not going to hurt you. I'm detective Max Caulfield-Price and this is detective Chloe Price. What's your legal name?
G: Michael Gordon Clifford.
M: You're in 5 Seconds of Summer.
MC: Yes. My bandmates and I were kidnapped last week. We have to hurry.
C: Can you tell us anything about the person who did this to you?
MC: It was a male. He said his last name is Prescott.
M: Then it's true. Sean Prescott did this. Michael can you tell us anything about where you were kept?
MC: It was in some bunker. I think it was in a barn. It was in a barn.
M: That's where Nathan killed Rachel.
MC: What?
M: Michael, it's ok. You're gonna be ok.
C: Now that we have proof Prescott did this, we can get an arrest warrant. Michael, Do you have any idea as to what he's planning?
Here's where the trigger warning comes in.
MC: He's bringing the rest of the band to the pit I was in tomorrow. He's leaving the barn at 12:45. He's gonna kill us all at once.
M: Not if we have anything to say about it.

We did it. Sean Prescott is going down for what he did. Michael, Luke, Calum, and Ashton are alive. We have to get to the others as soon as possible. I just hope we get there in time.
