Finding 5 Seconds of Summer

Intro

This story combines two fandoms that I am a part of. It combines the video game Life is Strange and the band 5 Seconds of Summer. I do not own any of the characters.

Max Caulfield was 13 years old when she was adopted by her best friend Chloe Price's family. Chloe's mom Joyce signed the adoption papers because Max didn't want to move to Seattle after Chloe's dad, William, died in a car accident. So, instead of moving to Seattle with her family, Max got to stay in Arcadia Bay.

2 years after William's death, Max and Chloe come across the Rachel Amber. The three of them go on some crazy adventures. One of those adventures was finding Rachel's birthmother Sera.

The lives of Max and Chloe get turned upside down when Rachel goes missing.
Six months after Rachel's disappearance, Max discovers she can rewind time. The discovery came when she was sitting in her Photography class at Blackwell Academy. Max had a vision of a tornado wiping out Arcadia Bay. After class she hides behind a stall in the girl's bathroom while Nathan Prescott and Chloe are talking in the girl's bathroom about money. Nathan has a gun with him and he shoots Chloe. Max holds up he hand and all-of-a-sudden she's back in class with her teacher Mark Jefferson.

The cray week of discovering Max's time travel abilities, Chloe almost getting killed twice, and Kate Marsh's attempted suicide led Max and Chloe to an underground bunker owned by the Prescotts. In this bunker they were able to find out about Rachel being buried by Nathan in a junkyard. As it turns out, Nathan gave Rachel an overdose and killed her. Max and Chloe found out that Rachel was dead when they went to the junkyard to see what Nathan did.

That night, there was a Vortex Club party at Blackwell Academy. The Vortex Club is a club at Blackwell academy that consists of mainly popular kids. Nathan, whose family owns Blackwell Academy, is no where to be found. As Max and Chloe were about to leave, Chloe gets a text from who she thinks is Nathan. The two go to the junkyard, and all-of-a-sudden Max gets drugged and can't use her rewind. Because of this Chloe ends up getting shot in the head by Mark Jefferson, who killed Nathan.

The next day, a massive tornado hits the town, and Max is saved by Joyce's husband David.  Max meets up with a friend named Warren at the Two Whales Diner where Joyce works. Warren has a photo that Max can use to go back in time to save Chloe.

Max was able to save Chloe. After a time trip, Max and Chloe end up at the beach where Max passes out, during which she has a messed up nightmare. When the nightmare's over Max and Chloe are at the light house and Max has to make the decision to either save Chloe or the town.

Saving the town would mean Max would have to go back in time using the photo she took in the bathroom the day she discovered rewind time, and she would have to let Chloe die when she got shot by Nathan. Saving Chloe would mean a lot of people would die in the tornado.

The next day, the two leave town to move to Los Angeles for a fresh start after the Storm. On the way out of town the two come across some friends that survived the storm. Max and Chloe decided to take their friends with them.

Another person who survived the Storm is Sean Prescott (Nathan's father). You'll see what role he plays in this.

This story begins 6 years after the original life is Strange game. Max and Chloe are Detectives for the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).

5 Seconds of Summer is a rock band based out of Sydney, Australia. They have been selling out arenas world wide since they went on tour with One Direction. The band formed in 2011 and consists of lead singer and guitarist Luke Hemmings, Lead guitarist Michael Clifford, Bass guitarist Calum Hood, and Drummer Ashton Irwin.

The band was on tour of the United States when the all disappear in the Small town of Arcadia Bay, Oregon.

The Arcadia Bay Police Department calls for help from LAPD to investigate the disappearance of the band. Thus prompting Max, Chloe and their friends and family to come back to Arcadia Bay.
