The sun had slowly risen over the town of Hawkins, birds awakening at the sound of their chicks chirping for food. The weather was soothing, perfect summer weather and perfect mood for a great day. Eddie Munson hoped it would be a great day, even from what he was about to do.

Eddie parked by Family Video, taking the key out of his ignition and taking a big breath. He closed his eyes as he clutched his keys, soon making a small beat on his steering wheel with his palms. "You got this Munson, just be your charming self." Eddie smiled, it soon fading away as his mind wallowed into deep thoughts.

Quickly he opened his car door and jumped out, the chains on his pants jingling around. He slammed the door and let out a deep sigh before continuing towards the video store.

Eddie swung the door open, taking a couple steps in to scan the place. His eyes landed on a certain boy who was restocking the shelves on the left side of the store, his eyes widened as he felt a tint of pink wash over his cheeks. Eddie shook his head as he strolled to the counter to meet the other worker.

"Robin," Eddie smiled, extending the 'n' to her name. "Been a minute, huh?" He tilted his head as he leaned onto the counter.

Robin looked at him and gave him a little smile, "Hey Eddie, it has hasn't it? I mean all this chaos and now I'm working here with Stevie over there." She rolled her eyes a bit. "But how've you been Eddie? Anything you'd like to buy or interests in this dusty store?"

Eddie smirked a bit, his eyes roaming around but staying on the man restocking a bit longer then he should have. "Let's see.." He announced, "How about Harrington over there?" He pointed and smiled, looking back at Robin.

"Oh uh, Eddie, he.." Robin felt her heartbeat spike, nervous to say anything else knowing certain things that were hard to know. "Stevie boy isn't on sale.." She laughed awkwardly, trying to not acknowledge the flirty concept.

"Oh he isn't huh?" Eddie raised his eyebrows.

"Nope, nope, nada! I'm sure he doesn't want to be bought you know, possession is weird to him and he doesn't want to be owned, I mean—" Robin rambled on trying to be as nice as she could. Eddie felt a bit weirded out, as well as concerned. "I mean if he were to be bought he'd probably want a girl to by him— you know? I probably wouldn't care if you did as a friend and stuff!" She stopped, feeling horrible as she could feel the mood change.

Eddie stared at her, a little spark in his eyes sort of dimmed. He snapped back, looking back at Steve who was oddly still putting rentals back on the shelves. "Yea.. I know what you mean, Steve Harrington definitely is a chick magnet. Any girl would love to get their hands on him.. huh?" Eddie kept his normal personality up, "Not you though, lovely Robin." He winked.

Robin smiled a bit, "Aha! I would not want to buy that stupid kid.. he's my best friend so he's already always with me." She put finger guns up and pointed them at Eddie, odd tension building.

"Anyways.. I'll go have a little chat with king Steve—"

"No!" Robin cut him off, sounding worried. "I.. I mean he's in a bad mood and I would definitely not talk to him." She opened her eyes wide, "He ran out of his Faberge this morning.. if you know what I mean, bad bad morning." She whispered as her eyes widened.

Eddie had a confused look on his face, "Faberge?"

Robin laughed, "It's this stupid hair product he uses to make his hair—" She tried to mimic Steve's hair with her hands, "I mean you know, that's how the he keeps up the name Steve The Hair Harrington.. Aaaand forget I even said that, that's a secret." Robin mentally bashed herself, knowing she shouldn't have said that because if Steve knew-
