Today is Shane's birthday and I'm planning to take her on a date by going to a cinema and watch some movies.

I came to their house and fetch her using my car. We have small talks about something and about the plan for our future.

I'm driving my car slowly and safely but an unexpected thing happened.

We were hit by a truck —a huge truck. I saw Shane's face covered with her own blood so that I send her to the nearest hospital and tell her parents what happened.

I can't forgive myself if something happens to her!

While Mr. and Mrs. Bautista, Shane's parents, are talking to the doctor together with the truck driver who hit us, I came to see if Shane's already okay.

"Shane, how's your feeling? Are you fine?" I asked with my normal voice.

"Excuse me Mr? But how do you know my name?" she replied.

How can-?. . . Did Shane can't remember me?

"This is me, I'm your boyfriend" I tearly introduced myself.

"I'm sorry. I really don't know you. Can you please go out?"

I go out with this hard feelings. I can't imagine that the woman I love can't remember my name and even my face!

I talked to the doctor after all what happened and how Shane interact with me, I was shocked by what the doctor said to me.

"Shane's got partial amnesia, she may forget some of things"

And I'm one of those things? Seriously?

6 months had passed and I started to court Shane for the second time. I really love her so that I will do everything just for her to love me again even it's too selfish.

But, love is too playful...

None of my mind that Shane got engaged to another man she encountered 5 months ago.

I wish I'm that man.
I am suppose to be that man.
