Hanbyul wanted to be ready for the medical check-up, so she woke up at eight and prepared herself like usual. An hour later, she was in the kitchen, preparing breakfast, just heating some food. After that, she tidied up the living room and the kitchen area, putting her laundry in the washing machine and doing what Jin used to do every day. Hanbyul noticed the weather was good as she sat on the floor next to the sliding door, where she could see whatever was happening outside without having to go out. It was Yoongi's sleeping spot; he liked to sleep next to the sliding as it was breezy, and he wanted to listen to the faint sounds of vehicles driving past their dorm. She sometimes enjoys being alone, especially knowing about her condition now. Hanbyul did not know if everything would work out for her because she felt like someone had dropped a bomb in front of her after she knew about the truth. She is glad she is not with her mom now because her mom would immediately understand what happened to her. After all, Hanbyul is a lousy liar; she instantly smiles when she tries to tell a lie. Good for her now, but later on, she needs to tell her mom no matter what.
She wanted to tell her mom about her condition but feared her reaction. Her mom will force her to leave the members and let her dreams go away. At this point, Hanbyul did not know whether she wanted to stay with the members because of her dreams or because she was already comfortable with them. Even before getting into bangtan, she always imagined herself on the stage, singing passionately because she knew that she liked to sing, but now she is afraid that she will give up on her dreams because of her condition. She doesn't want to let that happen because she knows that singing and entertainment have always been her comfort and a platform where she can express herself. "Let's not give up now. It's just a starting point," Hanbyul whispered as she looked outside through the window. Let's make your dreams come true. Go to the Doctor and listen to them. "Eat medicine," She said again before getting ready to go to the lobby. Hanbyul slowly took a seat in the hall as she waited for the manager, Haejin, to come.
"Let's go!" She could hear Haejin yelling while playing with his phone and not paying attention to Hanbyul. The girl quickly followed the manager to the company car. On the way to the hospital, Haejin kept complaining about how he had to wake up early and needed to fetch the youngest member of bangtan. The older man kept sighing as he sometimes glared at the poor girl, and trust Hanbyul, she had never felt this level of uncomfortable with him. Even though Haejin always made every member uncomfortable with him, they somehow learned to overcome it by ignoring the site manager. Even the main manager always told them to ignore Haejin. "Tell me, why you need to go to the hospital because I know that all the trainees will undergo the company's medical assistants first if they fall sick. And, trust me, Hanbyul. I know everything in the company, so don't bother to lie," The manager said while looking at the girl in the side mirror. "I did. I had a medical check-up with the company's medical assistant last week with Sejin hyung, and they said I needed to undergo another check-up at the hospital," Hanbyul said slowly, looking away as she didn't want to make any eye contact with Haejin. She did lie, but only half of the time. She didn't have any check-ups at the company. All she hoped was that Haejin just trusted her this time because she didn't feel like talking about this anymore.
"Bullshit!"
"You seem to forget that I befriend every staff here-" Hanbyul cut him off, "Yes! I know that you have been friends with everyone in the company, but let me remind you of something as the youngest member of bangtan. I don't appreciate it if anyone, especially you, the side manager, says something like this. This is my privacy, and I don't want anyone to invade it. About my hyungs, I hope you don't cross the line because I know how you are. Just because you're the manager, you can do whatever you want. No, absolutely not. Other members might hold themselves, but I don't want to do that anymore. You're the one who keeps pushing me to act like this, and trust me, I hate to act like this in front of others. " Something that Hanbyul didn't expect to happen today happened. Oh god! She didn't know where all of the words came from. Maybe she was just tired of him continuing to push the button. The side manager smirked before he laughed, "Are you done? Very amusing! I didn't know that you would act like this. So unexpected. I thought you were a soft and quiet girl, but I was wrong." Hanbyul tried to catch up with her breath as she looked away. The side manager hit the pedal as he laughed like a madman.
