eleven hopper (😟)
i was in the waiting room hugging mike, when a doctor came out and said mike could go see will. mike stood up and hugged me back and ran off to go to wills room. i sat down and max sat beside me.
"so, what the hell happened?" lucas asked, sitting down. we all looked at him.
"i don't really know, nancy do you know what happened?" she shook her head.
"mike called me and asked me to pick him up, when he got into the car he was shaking and he looked like a mess. i told him everything would be okay, and then he started crying. a lot. and i tried to get him to explain but he stayed quiet, the only thing he could do was cry. so i don't know what happened." it was definitely something bad. then a doctor walked out.
"visiting hours are now over, you can come back tomorrow." everyone stood up and walked outside.
"do you guys want to have a sleepover in mikes basement?" dustin randomly asked.
"mike doesn't live there anymore." nancy said and we all looked at her surprisingly.
"weird, but then my house i guess?" max shook her head.
"let's go to mine." we all shrugged, and we went our separate ways for now to get our stuff together, but i went home with max, since my clothes were already at her house. we had to walk home.
"hey el? how long did you make mike think you actually liked him?" i looked at her.
"about two months? why?" her eyes widened in surprise.
"really?" she asked softly.
"maybe longer, i don't know. cant really remember. why? is something wrong?" i held her hand and she just shook her head. we walked in silence, hand in hand. was there a problem or something? whatever. it's fine i guess. we finally got to max's house and walked inside, and we went to go change into pajamas. we laid on her bed and she laid on top of me and then she started tickling me.
"MAXXX!" i giggled, and i pushed her off of me.
"your turn!" i got her back and started tickling her and she laughed, she was so beautiful. i hugged her tight and we waited for everyone to get to the house. well, just lucas and dustin. both of them arrived together, so we didn't have to wait on the other to come. we didn't really know what to do so we just hung out.
"mike and will hardly talks to any of us anymore, they've been so caught up with each other, it sucks." lucas said quietly. dustin nodded.
"yeah i agree, i miss them." max also nodded. what the fuck?
"were you guys like this whenever me and mike were together?" they shook their heads.
"then why the hell are you gonna be like that with mike and will? are you upset because mike is finally happy and able to be himself? bull shit." i got off of max's bed and started to walk away.
"wait el! come back!" i ignore them and walked outside of max's house. mike doesn't deserve to be talked about like that. i hope he's okay. and i hope will's okay. whatever, i'm pissed off as it is right now. i'll just calm down.
sorry for such a short chapter, this was kind of a filler chapter i guess? next one will be about mike, again. i may just stop having one chapter be will and the next be mike and the next be will, and so on. but i'll still have different povs. i hope you guys are enjoying this lol
