To say Ben's castle was impressive would be an understatement. Lilith stayed silent for the most as they followed the talking dog, taking the scenery in.

Everything here felt so much more alive, vibrant and not just in colour.

Her steps felt heavier, as if her feet wanted to sink themselves into the earth and just stay there, taking everything slowly in but there was no time for that.

She glanced at her companions. Uma didn't seem bothered by it, even if she were, she had a year to adjust to this overwhelming feeling of life.

Gil was impressed by the world around him, but he had no magical inheritance. Was this strange sense in the air magic? It would explain why neither Gil, nor Harry seemed to notice any of it.

Her eyes flickered to her two sisters, one from which she shared a father, the other from which she shared a mother. Did they sense the same things? If so, were they so used to it? Lilith couldn't imagine ever getting used to the feeling of the world being so alive.

"Ben could be asleep anywhere," Mal sighed, constantly calling out to the king.

"Or turned to stone," Celia added, clamping her mouth shut while the pirates couldn't help but snicker.

"Is this funny to you?" Mal huffed, only glancing over her shoulder once before they continued walking on.

Lilith was the first to answer. "Kinda yeah, it's not like he's dead. He's either asleep or stone. Nothing he can't recover from."

"I got a scent, very pungent cologne." Dude said, making everyone turn back to the dog, tho Mal did throw another glare Lilith's way for her nonchalant behaviour. "Follow me, people. FYI, I also give great cuddles," The dog made sure to let them know, which amazed Gil, who had tasked himself with protecting Asmo, who was lazily spread out over his shoulders.

"I've never had a pet growing up, unless you count the elk head in dad's man cave and Asmo," He said, petting said cat.

"Hold up," Uma frowned, earning everyone's eyes on her as she gestured to a slashed painting, claw marks around it on the walls. "What's this?"

Lilith frowned at the sight, looking further down the hallway. "The curtains over there are damaged as well," She gestured to the end of the hallway. Auradon wouldn't have any pets that would do damage like this. Given that Audrey's running amok, it left for two options.

Mal continued shouting out for her boyfriend, while Lilith couldn't help but chuckle. "I don't think you're gonna find him here."

"Why?" Uma asked, wanting to hear her out.

"Please, Audrey suddenly has access to magic, the claw marks, the shredded up curtains? She's the Enchantress to his Beast," Lilith said, finding it obvious.

"Then we should- Guys, wait up!" Ginny sighed as the other four had kept walking, following Dude instead of listening to Lilith's theory.

"Didn't expect anything else from Auradon Elites," Lilith scoffed, making Ginny falter slightly at the statement.

The younger sister wanted to argue, but could she, really? They were enjoying a life of privilege and didn't look back to their past until now.

When the pirates caught up with the other vk's, Mal was still shouting for Ben hopelessly, looking around a room with armoured statues and stained glass as a ceiling.

Um was focused on business, looking around for the king who's supposed to fix this entire mess while Harry was inspecting the swords and armours, under the very watchful eye of Jay.
