The next day went by pretty normal. Ginny came home late from the party, apparently she had too much of a blast and made sure to tell her sister about all the interesting things that happened.

Lilith listened closely, trying to ignore the urge to groan when Ginny told her Evie had escaped from the closet unharmed. Mal would be pissed.

But the curly haired girl had no time to deal with that as she made her way to school.

To absolutely no one's suprise, Ginny told her sister that she'd stay at home, needing to catch up on sleep she missed out on at the party.

Lilith sighed and nodded in acknowledgement. "Don't bother mother while you're at home, okay?" She told her as she grabbed her bag.

"Oh, Flower of mine," Mother Gothel said, approaching Lilith as she wrapped an arm around her. "Be a dear and pick up a new dress for me from the docks when you're done with school."

"Will do, mother," The teenager nodded, reveling in the small physhical affection her mother showed her when she stroke her cheek before turning back to her magazines.

Lilith was convinced that if this were Auradon, her mother would drop her and Ginny of at school, or atleast walk together with them. But it wasn't, as much as she craved her mother's affection, Lilith had more important things to worry about. Like taking care of Ginny and getting decent grades.

The eldest daughter shook her head as she focused on getting to school, mentally going trough the things she had to learn for her Evil World History exam.

Needlessly to say, she passed with flying colors and had given Jay quite a few bruises from the amount of times he tried to look at her answers.

She was one of the first ones done and spend the rest of the class picking dirt out from under her nails.

As the bell signaled the end of the class, multiple villain kids quickly trying to get to their next class.

Lilith noticed a familair white haired boy and tapped him on his shoulder.

Carlos glanced up from the book he was reading, acknowledging Lilith's company with a nod before he resumed reading.

The two shared an annoyed glance when they heard an evil step-granddaughter looking around for Jay, one of the famous flirts on the Isle.

Luckily, she gave up on her search quickly, right as Jay slipped out from his hiding spot by one of the many statues troughout the school. "Phew, that was close," The boy sighed as he walked next to the clever duo.

"Closer than all the other times?" Carlos asked, once again not looking up from his book.

"Yeah...no. Not really." Jay sighed.

The three of them headed into the classroom, not exchanging another word.

Enrichment was literally about enriching oneself by taking from others. The class studied lock-picking techniques, shoplifting secrets and other evil schemes of the same sort.

Lilith herself was much more interested in emotional manipulation and using blackmail to enrich herself. As much fun as brute force and mindless violence could be, it felt barbaric and took too much energy. Emotional manpulation was clean, left no trace and was so much more fun.

Their current guest speaker was no one other than Dragon Hall's headmaster himself; Doctor Facillier.

"There are many kinds of thieves," The headmaster started his lecture. "One can shoplift at the bazaar, or burglarize a home, or steal a rickshaw. But these are, of course, petty exercises. Mere child's play."
