Rowan was a bit weird at school today, as much as I'm sure I'm wrong, I hope it had nothing to do with Eva. School was over and it was time to start tutoring, my tutor, being Rowan. I was absolutely fine with my tutor not being Rowan. After last night I don't know what to expect.

I stand there, waiting in the car park for Rowan. My backpack over one shoulder, leaning on foot. I felt a slight punch on my shoulder.

"Ya ready to go for a ride in August?" It was Rowan, he seemed... normal? I place a fake smile on my face and bat my lashes at him "yup, just so excited to study economics" i hold my hands in front of me and rock side to side.

"Here's a helmet, you might want it" he hands me a helmet, just a random black one. Before I put on the helmet, I looked around to see other students murmuring, staring and looking at us.

"Oh August?" He says sitting on the bike, I look at him "yes Rowan" I stand next to the bike, my eyes flickering from his bright green eyes to the bike. I try not to make it obvious I'm looking at his bike, admiring how cool it is.

"I love my bike, and I don't do this often," he licks his lips and clears his throat. 'I know' is what I wanted to say. "That's ok, I won't break anything" is what I ended up saying.

I hop onto his bike and wait a few seconds, wondering where to put my hands. A deep chuckle escapes his mouth before he grabs my arms, wrapping them around his waist, sending butterflies to go crazy in my stomach, i shut my lips together to avoid smiling.

"hold on tight August, I don't want you to go flying" I couldn't see his face but i knew he was smirking. Another thought came to my head 'I've done this many times before, Rowan' but that's something Eva would say, not August.

I giggled, "Will do" I responded. He combs his hair with his hand then revved the engine, attracting the attention of everyone around.

I put my head down to avoid the stares and Rowan must've felt my helmet on his back "it's ok August, the chatter will be over by tomorrow" Right. The rumours. Me, a quiet girl riding on the back of Rowan's bike, an attractive tall man. That's like gasoline to a fire.

We got to his house, it's your average modern house, it's got a cool balcony, it's white, brown, and has stairs to get to the big front door, lots of windows, and two stories. How someone in senior year can afford this baffles me. He has his very own shed where I assume he keeps his bike seeing as that's where we are parked.

"Welcome to your new home for this Wednesday afternoon" he holds his hand out for me to give him the helmet

"I might need more than one Wednesday" I scoff  "yes August, you might. Ya won't learn if i tutor you once every month" he opens the front door for me.
