I stood watching Lani, and Keade training. Rui was watching closely, taking mental notes.
"Blue! You need to hold your sword like this" Muichiro says to Keade
"Ive told you 5 times my name is Keade!"
"...." Muichiro doesn't reply but fixes Keades stance.
"I think its kind of ridiculous that 2 Hashira are younger than us, dont you think Keade-" lani starts before she is hit with a small pebble.
"Lani...quit complaining." I say glaring at Lani.
"...sorry Y/N..." lani says before shutting up completely.
The sun had began to set, so keade and Lani started to get ready for bed, but they would stay awake in case they have to take care of Rui because me and Muichiro have to go on a mission.
Of course, Muichiro had been staying with us for a few days to help train the 3 lower ranked Demon slayers.
I sent rui to go get ready for training, then i turned to Muichiro.
"I think our next Mission we bring Rui."
"...spider Boy? Mm....i guess we can..."
"That way he can get an idea what its like to fight other demons..."
"Right..." Muichiro says before looking out a window.
"We can go do Rui's training outside if you want. I know you like to look at the sky..." i say to the boy.
"Yeah....that would be nice...Y/N..."
"Hey, you remembered my name..." i say
"I did?"
"Yeah."
"Well then..." he says, then Rui walks in, ready to train
"Rui, we are training outside for you, alright?" I say
"Hai!" Rui says nodding his head in understanding, he walks outside.
Muichiro goes outside behind Rui, and I follow. Grabbing my Torn Haori on my way out. I put it on once im outside.
"Muichiro, Rui, training begins" i say looking at the two boys.
Rui had a small nervous look, sure he was over 100 years old, but he was physically 9 years old. Me and Muichiro were much stronger and older than him, he was intimidated by our skills. But that's natural. I mean, Lani was intimidated by my skills and Muichiro skills.
Maybe its because me and Muichiro are the youngest Hashira.
"Stand like this and swing your sword like this" Muichiro says getting into the proper stance and swinging his practice sword.
Rui watches carefully and does the same thing, getting the stance off a bit
"That's pretty good for a beginner" i say looking at rui "show us what your blood demon art is" i add
Rui looks at me a bit shocked "how-"
"The tree is your target." I say looking at him. I point at a big tree. "Use your blood demon art."
Rui gulps a bit. He makes strings appear on his hands. The strings then attack the tree. Then he makes his hands bleed, making his strings red, and use them to cut another tree
"The aim is pretty good...." Muichiro says
"...try using your blood demon art, but instead of using your hands use your sword" I say looking at the cut trees
