The Cure For Love

Chapter 1

Selene's Pov:

Rage.

Blood.

Anger.

Death.

It all filled the air as I looked around for something that I couldn't recall what it was. I'd hear little screams of terror fill the air while building were set to fire, while the woman come outside in tears cradling their crying toddlers, while off in the back the fathers were lying on the ground with dead tears of life on their faces.

As I tried to run over and save the little packs of families off instinct, they started running right through me, with the blooded bodies of almost dead people. 

All the thoughts of them kept creeping their way onto me and dragging me down to the ground where the soon to be dead will be.

Swallowing me within and keeping me alive, but feeling dead. 

"You're a murderer!"

"If you weren't here we'd be fine!"

"You should just LEAVE!"

I shivered with fear of hurting the little girls with their hair in knots as they cried their eyes out as the mothers slowly either fell to the ground of loosing their mates, or by getting attacked by the insane looking werewolves who through the dead bodies in the fires of the houses. 

I fell to the ground letting the thoughts pull me down deeper within and let the words get to my soul. 

Did I really murder these innocent people?

As I lay across the dirtied ground along side of little boys and girls that were crying of the loss of their families, i let the darkened thoughts drag me underneath and take my thoughts from me leaving me without my emotions.

All of a sudden, I felt a small, cold hand grip onto mine. 

I lay on the ground looking up with emotionless eyes into the little girls eyes as no tears nor death lay inside of them. She looked back at me with emotion and care. She tried pulling me onto my feet but i stumbled as she helped. She looked about the age of the children around me with her pony pajamas on and her little dirty blonde pigtails in her hair, without a little speck of dirt or blood on her. 

When I had finally washed away most of the thoughts I stood as best as I could as her hand still had a grip onto mine. She had a face full of concern as she looked up at me with her dark chocolate brown eyes. 

"a-are you alright ma'am?" She spoke with a tone of concern.

"I'm alright dear. Call me Selene." 

Without a thought I wrapped my dirtied arms around her for a longing hug that I thought we both would've needed. She jumped slightly at the start of it and had a tense feeling throughout her body, but hugged me back after a thought. 

With my 5'9 height she was standing about a little above hip level. The hug had felt regular, As if I hugged this girl everyday in my life. I looked back down at her to see if I had any memories of her, but none had shown up. After the little thoughts of her, she had finally let go and that's when I realized she had just popped up in a middle of a battle filled with dead people and she hadn't shown any sadness of any type.

"n-now I see how you're confused on all of this, b-but please try and remember this when you wake up." She spoke looking down at the ground with less then a normal tone.

"What? Hold on." 

I looked around me as the dead bodies that were piled up slowly started disappearing, along with all the homes that had been burnt down with the fires. 

"wait how did you know I was here?" I stared at her as she finally looked up at me with a small smile.

"I had a gut feeling." She smiled at me with a full tooth grin as the things around us started to continue to disappear and become white dust. 

I wrapped my hand around her arm, 

"Who are you?" I spoke looking at her with confused eyes. If this girl was any part of this future I needed to know how to stop it. 

A serious look landed upon her face and she spoke up and said, "I'm from the BloodLust pack, My name is M-"

All of a sudden I felt a sting on the side of my face, jolting me awake.
