The two toddlers ran- or sort of quickly waddled- through the halls of the lively Rodriguez estate, it having been their fourth birthday eve.
"Si! Ez! Santi!" A three year old Luna yelled, giggling afterwards.
"Dee! Ossy! Lulu!" Theo followed afterwards, running slightly behind Luna.
They opened doors and peeked inside every downstairs room before- quite difficultly, due to their size- climbing the stairs.
"Guys!" They both yelled, taking one door each on each side of the corridor.
Finally coming to the end of the corridor- to the games room- they peered inside, their heads that close their cheeks smushed together at the door.
Spotting their big brothers, they began their waddle towards them, Theo throwing himself on an eleven year old Dean's lap, and Luna launching herself onto an eight year old Ezra.
"Ez! Where were you we looked all over the house for you!" She shouted, throwing her chubby little arms around his neck.
Ezra followed suit, wrapping his arms around his baby sister.
"Inside voices, baby." Lucien reminded from across the room.
"Sorry Lulu." She mumbled.
"It's okay, moon, don't worry. Do you want me to teach you how to play mario cart?" Ezra grinned, turning her so she faced the screen and his arms wrapped around her waist, hands laying on her lap so she could see the buttons on the remote controller.
"Yes please Ez! I love you!" She shouted, completely forgetting the inside voices rule and placing a sloppy kiss on his cheek.
Lucien dramatically huffed, but couldn't help the smile that fell onto his face.
Ezra kissed her on her temple, before turning back to the screen infront of them.
"Alright so you press this one to go..."
After finally finishing reading and replying to all of my emails, I picked my phone up, well aware that in the time I had been dealing with them, it had gone from light to dark.
7:25pm
As if on cue, there was light knock on my bedroom door.
Rolling over so I was on my back, I swung my legs off of the side of the bed, and made my way over to the door, my legs having pins and needles in them.
When I opened the door, I was met with Santiago, with a curious expression on his face, tilting his head ever so slightly at me, before nodding his head towards the stairs, signalling dinner.
I nodded slightly, as he, in turn, turned and started walking away. I walked next to him, although he tried to be sneaky about it, I could see him glancing at me every couple of seconds.
Both of us stayed silent the whole trip downstairs, but it wasn't an uncomfortable silence, like mine and Dean's was, it was comfortable.
'I spoke to dad and the guys. They're moving to Chester. That way, if we need to go we can. Right under their noses where they wouldn't even think to check.'
'Smart. Is Ezra back yet? Which one is the most tolerable out of them all so far?'
'Nope, haven't seen Ezra. I guess he wants to make a grand entrance or some corny shit like that, and I think Santiago is the most tolerable. He seems the most calm and he doesn't talk much. Actually he hasn't even talked.'
