The fiesta was in full swing when the newly promoted and hired teachers arrived at the plaza. Children were dancing, parents were chatting some even organized bands and singers to sing and even held a contest for the best singer or musical talents to participate and is promised with a decent prize.

Of course people were curious with the new faces still even if it has already been five years since they arrived at the large boisterous town.

" Amigos, amigas from the school of familia Ruiz come and dance with us"
Friendly mothers and teens said as they cheerfully dragged the young teachers in the middle of the plaza.

Soon happy noises can only be heard. Y/n and Francia tired from socializing had found themselves a seat to rest.

"Such joyous occasion wouldn't you agree y/n?" Francia said clearly happy and content. Small beads of sweat rolled off her forehead.

"It sure is, I must admit madame Lustré really did you justice with your outfit" she complimented the other teen.

"Of course only the best suits such beauty. And after all I have been taking lessons from her to bring back to the Encanto" she admitted as she had this far away look

"Back at the Encanto? I didn't think you would return again, after all you look so happy and content here... In the outside world" y/n said as she took a sip from her cup.

"I do don't I, as much as I would love to stay and learn more. My heart my lie here outside and that will never change but in the Encanto is where my soul lies. I was born and raised there my roots run deep. And I want to share what else we learned here to young generations in there. And I hope to at least inspire them like how we were inspire here" she said as she too sipped from her cup and looked at y/n.

"I get it... Truth be told I thought you were a materialistic woman and tend to look down on people. That's because of the way you would shrug me off when we were still with maestra Esperanza" y/n admitted

"In all honesty I was shy around you, you were so diligent and always striving hard, I didn't know how to approach you properly. But now that we bonded in these experience what would you say of me?"

" I would say you are a very willed lady with great ambition to inspire many and a heart that is bigger than Encanto itself"

" Thank you" Francia said as she smiled shyly and down her drink.

" Well I need to go, the dance floor will be sad if they don't feel my feet dancing" Francia said as she stood and headed towards the crowd.

" You go girl" y/n cheered as she put down her remaining drink.

She suddenly felt hungry and so she decided to head and take some morsel for herself.

But right before she can reach the table a strong pair of arms pulled her by the alley and pushed her against the wall.

" Cecil?" A voice rasped as they looked over her face.

" Excuse but I think you've got the wrong person, please unhand me" y/n firmly said as she wiggled out of their grip.

" You look so much like my Cecil, my beloved Cecil" the man said as he pulled her in for a hug.

" Sir please!" She struggled

" If your not Cecil you must be her daughter. My daughter my mijah... Y/n" with what he said y/n stopped her movements and looked at the man.

He has dark auburn hair and short beard framed his chin and his bushy brow scrunched up as he started to tear up.

But what intrigued her is how awfully familiar his eyes are to her.

" How do you my name? I haven't seen nor talked to you before". She said nervously.

" Why wouldn't I know my daughter's name? As a father who thought he had both lost his wife and daughter and their names is only what I can hold onto" he said genuinely.

" I already have a father and my mother was not lost" she said irritated.

" Cecil had a husband?"

" My mother's name is not Cecil it's Fatima got that sir, now if you would please let me go and stop this nonsense. I am not the person you were looking for" she said firmly and finally emerged from the alleyway and blended with the crowd.

The man tried to reach for her again but he cannot make a scene knowing that Cecil's family is also near.

'Fatima? Then where is my Cecil? I would know my daughter by heart and I know it's her'

He decided that he will follow her and see this Fatima she speaks of. He needs to know what happened to the years of his absence in hiding fighting for his life.
