The way you make me feel

"Do we finally have everything together then?!"

Annoying humming, Gabriel pulled his wife by the hand because he just wanted to lie on the couch in front of the TV at home. Instead, he had to surrender to the annual Christmas hustle and get the stupid gifts.

He hated that, unlike Samantha, who'd taken a liking to a group of wooden reindeer.

Shaking his head, Gabriel stopped and patiently waited until she decided whether to buy the stuff or just stare.

After another endless hour, they'd stowed everything in the car, and his eyes fell on a small cafe.

"That's what I've earned, at least a hot chocolate or five," he grumbled, then twisted the corners of his mouth into a broad grin, wiggling his eyebrows. Sam nodded because she couldn't say no to a good cappuccino.

Not ten minutes later, two men came in at the door. Excitedly and with a half-open mouth, Samantha poked her husband in the side.

"Ow!" He replied though he had to admit that it didn't hurt.

The young woman wasn't impressed by that because her attention was on the two men, who sat at a small, round table, joking and laughing.

"Those are two of the Cockyboys, aren't they?!"

Gabriel followed her gaze and frowned.

"How do you know the Cockyboys?!"

"Not yet, but we can change that," she grinned and wanted to get up. Gabriel held her back, shaking his head, and asked what the hell she wanted from them. Because he was so severe, Samantha had to laugh and calm her husband with a kiss.

The two men had noticed the scene because the table was almost exactly opposite. And since Samantha occasionally gazed at them, they didn't hesitate and joined the couple.

"Is that seat taken?" The handsome boy with curly brown hair asked, pointing to the chair. Gabriel answered with a shrug, his wife with a nod.

"Josh Moore, Calvin Banks," the tall blonde man with the many tattoos introduced them.

"I know," Samantha smiled and offered her hand. Gabriel did the same, but only because it was polite.

The couple learned during the conversation that the boys had a show in town in a few days. The two were the first of the boys because they wanted to see more of the city.

Samantha's eyes sparkled. Gabriel still couldn't do anything about this subject and vowed to inform himself immediately at home. After all, it was about his favorite topic, and not knowing something drove him crazy.

"If you feel like it," Calvin said before they went their way and reached into his jacket pocket, took out two tickets, and winked at Samantha.

Then he scribbled his phone number on one of the tickets with the addition that she should get in touch if she knew where to get good cocktails.

Again her tongue was faster than the brain, so the young woman answered that she'd attended a training course. What was meant to be a joke, the boys accepted as an invitation, and after Samantha had revealed where they lived, the two young men had invited themselves for the next evening.

In the car, on the way home, Samantha bit her lower lip and turned her head to her husband.

"Are you mad?"

Of course, he didn't like it when he was just passed over, but ...

For one thing, Gabriel couldn't be angry with his wife, and on the other, he found the two young men sympathetic and likable, and a common topic of conversation was already found. But first, he had to look at a few of these pornos because he was excited. Said and done. An invisible force tied him to the computer all evening.
