Chapter 5: The Training Announcement

The next morning and Arylean was up first and decided to explore the castle. She ended up in the Royal Stables, there she found a completely white horse with a sliver-light blue mane. She started to talk to to the horse, "Your a beautiful horse," she said as she pet her. "I wish I knew your name." Then the clock tower chimed, telling her that it was eight o'clock. "I guess I should go back now." She said to the horse.

As she climbed the stairs she passed Robert, who said. "Good morning, Arylean, I have something for you." He handed her a small box.

"Oh, thank you, but I don't want anything, so no thank you." Said Arylean handing back the box.

"No, no... you'll need these." Said Robert, handing the box back.

"Ok, fine I'll open it." Arylean said and opened the box. She found light blue gloves. "Oh, thanks for the gloves, Robert, I got to go see you later."

"Put them on, they were designed especially for you. I want you to put them on now and only take them off to wash them or your hands. Ok?" Said Robert.

Arylean put them on and said. "Ok, I've got to go get ready for the day."

"Oh, you have six other pairs, that are just like those. Breakfast will be in a half hour." Said Robert and then went down the stairs.

As soon as she got to her tower she took off the gloves. She turned to look at her bed to find dress patterns and a note which read:
"Arylean, yesterday, I realized that I need to let you and Katherine pick your own dresses. So I picked up some dress designs for you to look at.
Love, Robert."
Arylean started to flip through them, then, sat them back down.

"Maybe Robert isn't as bad as I thought." She said to herself. "I better get ready for breakfast." She went over to Katherine's tower, after she got ready, to find Katherine still asleep. So Arylean walked up to beside her bed and said, "Good morning, breakfast is in five minutes." then she started to pull back the covers.

"Ok, fine." Said Katherine, still half sleep, "I'll be down in a minute." moving to her desk, seeing a small box. "What's this, Arylean?"

"It's probably gloves from Robert, I'll see you at Breakfast." Arylean said as she left and Katherine opened to find gloves, a note, and dress designs.

Arylean went down stairs to the dining room to find Robert, who was already sitting down working. He said, "Your early Arylean, but that doesn't matter. After breakfast you have training."

"For what?" Asked Arylean, now David, Oliver, and Katey came in.

"To learn how to control of your powers." Robert said, as breakfast was served. "That way you don't hurt anyone."

"Ok." Said Arylean, who then started to eat."Thank you for letting pick dresses, by the way." She said in between bites.

"Your welcome, good morning Katherine." Said Robert as Katherine entered. "Do you know where everyone else is?"

"Good morning everyone, and no Robert I don't." Said Katherine, who sat down and started to eat.

"Well I'll go get them." Said Robert starting to get up.

"No, I will, I'm done anyway." Said Arylean, getting up from the table.

"Ok, but I need you to be in the living room in a half hour, got it?" Said Robert.

"Got it." Said Arylean, she left the room and went up the stairs to the living room, where she found a cowbell. Then she went to the center of the hall in between Copper's, Danny's, Sarah's, and and Chris's room and rang the cowbell until Sarah and Copper came out.
