The Pokepark AKA Petalburg's City Arena 2 is an arena where Ace (Norman and Caroline's oldest son and May and Max's older brother) is the gym leader. It is based on Ice-type Pokemon. Ace is the Gym Leader and harbors the Snowflake badge. The Arena looks-like an amusement park with several rides and games. All of them are based on Pokepark video games. It's also the HQ of the Pokemon Heroes Team, where Ace will do everything to protect Petalburg and the other Pokemon regions against Team Ultimate. The design was created as a childhood memory of Ace. As a kid, he, May and Max have fun with their parents in Petalburg's funfair and now Ace created this arena to remember his childhood memory.
