It was the early morning, around 6:30am. You had woken up to the sound of birds. You sat up on your bed trying to wake up a little. You hate mornings. After sitting up for a bit and stretching you stood up and got ready for the day.
You can Collei were both forest ranger trainees under Tighnari. You and Collei had a good relationship due to you both under Tighnari and you were both trainees.
You got ready and by the time you were finished it was around 7:00. As you were gathering your stuff to go out patrol you heard a voice you recognized come from behind you "Good morning Y/N!" Are you ready to go?" You glance behind you to see Collei. "Yep! Just need to grab one more thing!" You say in response. You're ready to go.
You and Collei headed off to where you both meet Tighnari every morning before going on patrol. "Good morning Collei, Y/N!" Good to see you both!" Tighnari said with a soft smile. "Hello Master Tighnari!" Collei said back almost immediately. You just smiled and waved. Tighnari talked to the both of you from some time before heading on patrol. You and Collei always went as a pair unless you needed to split up. This time you needed to. There was something really suspicious going on in the area and we needed to find what was happening soon.
Collei had more experience so she was going out on her own while you and Tighnari were going together. "Wait me and Tighnari? Oh fuck..." You thought. To be honest you had a pretty big crush on him. I mean, how could you not. "We will meet back here at 2:00pm. Alright?" Tighnari said to Collei. "Yes Master!" Collei responded with a nod. Collei went ahead. "Well, you coming?" Tighnari said to snap you out of your daze. "Oh! Yes I'm sorry!" You said catching up to him.
It was pretty quiet the whole time. You and the man you had the hugest crush on. You were honestly surprised he hasn't noticed you blushing out of your mind. After a few minutes of pure silence he Tighnari said something "I hope you don't think I can't see the massive blush on your face right now." He said with a giggle "HOLY FUCK-" you thought blushing more and turning even more red. You said nothing though. He giggled "No need to be so shy around me." He said smiling. "Yeah I'm sorry haha.." you really didn't know what to say. You were flustered out of your mind. "Alright I'm just going to be out about it, I've known you've had a crush on me for a while." Tighnari said out of the blue. You were shocked. You looked at him shocked and confused. "Hey come on now! Don't look at me like that!" He said, "I arranged the whole thing so we're could be alone together. Nothing is really happening here." You honestly didn't know how to respond. You just stood there, completely still. He smiled at you again. He came closer to you. "I've known how you felt about me for a while. I honestly didn't know how much longer you could've kept that secret." He said with a giggle. He intertwined his hands with yours. He then placed a soft kiss on your lips. You melted into the kiss. It lasted for about 6 seconds before he pulled away. He was blushing now too. You both looked away from each other flustered. You two continued your journey as if nothing happened.
