Chapter Ten : Sweet Melodies...

𝓘𝔃𝓾𝓴𝓾...

I've badgered and scorned when Kacchan and Himi rejoined Ry and I inside of the living room a week ago...neither of them would budge...telling me that It was confidential...I watched my husband like a hawk as he and Rory played a few rounds of Wii sports before he planted himself next to me on the sofa.

Toga ordered takeout Taco Bell again before setting the table...I watched as she became distant and closed off "Kacchan...what'd you say to her? She hasn't said much of anything since you spoke with her" I confronted my significant other as I pulled my soft curls up into a loose bun.

He glanced at the other omega before looking at me with raised eyebrows "I told you before Izu...the conversation wasn't bad...I only asked simple questions...but what about will have to stay confidential babe" he answered before joining Rory at the table.

I had a sinking feeling in my gut, a feeling I always get before something terrible happens...but I brushed It off and joined my family...conversations splayed around the dinner table as we ate "So Ry...how's Hitomi doing? I heard he passed the mock test for UA" Kacchan asked Rory as he finished crushing his taco shells into his bowl with his spoon.

Rory smiled softly and nodded his head causing his shaggy hair to swish with the movement "Yea...we took the mock test together...I wouldn't know what my results are because we've been here so..." I looked at Kacchan and I noticed that he was trying to keep his smirk at bay 'He must know what his results are' I thought as I sipped my watermelon flavored drink.

Today is the day that Rory and I get to go back home while Kacchan takes Himi with him to his agency...I explained that I wanted to go spend time with Harper...Sylvia and David and I was told that we'll be escorted by Kirishima.

Once we were back in our home I finally felt like I could breath a bit easier...I showered and put on something comfortable and loose before stepping towards Rory's room "Ry? I'll be downstairs OK?" I said but before I moved towards the stairs he poked his head out with a grin "You gotta come see this Papa" he said excitingly before going back into his room.

I turned around and stepped in behind him...he had the lights off and the only light was coming from a small dark grey device shaped like a disk...It was projecting a message from- "W-wait is that...Is that Dad" I stammered over my words as I watched my adopted fathers face being projected from the small device.

When he finished his message the image disappeared "Whoa...Now all I have to do is pass the physical exams" Rory explained just as he flicked his bedroom light back on and allowing our eyes to adjust...I looked around his room and scrunched up my nose before waving my hand "When we get back I want you to get your room in order Ry...this is just...Jeez" I giggled when he began to whine for me to get out.

I entered the kitchen and went to pull something out of the deep freezer but the sound of the soft buzzing coming from my phone for the security cams...alerting me that someone was in the front lawn...I pulled It from my back pocket and unlocked the screen "Ry come on Kiri's here" I yelled up the steps while opening the front door.

We said a quick hello as he stepped inside "Sorry you had to be stuck on Babysitting duties Kiri...Kacchan has been on edge lately" I explained until we heard footsteps rushing down the steps "Hey Uncle Kiri..." Rory spoke softly...grabbing something from the fridge and pulling a red hoodie over his damp hair.

When we arrived at the hospital I couldn't help but beam with excitement when a nurse led us back to the nursery area...we stepped in and I began to cooe at the other babies "Aww look that baby has hazel eyes Papa" I turned around and glanced at the small bassinet and smiled before turning towards my own pups.

They were lined up in a row fully dressed " Good morning Mr. Bakugou...we spoke with your husband and he explained that he would be here in a few minutes...he said for us to wait until he arrived before speaking with you" I nodded my head feeling a bit confused...just then I heard someone opening the door behind us.

I turned around and spotted my husband who was grinning from ear to ear like the Goddamn Cheshire cat "Kacchan? What's going on?" he placed his arm around my waist before kissing my cheek softly "Ah OK Mr. Bakugou...we were just explaining to your husband that we were waiting for you" the nurse said as she placed a hefty envelope on the table beside her chair.

Kacchan motioned for someone who was outside of the nursery "I wanted to wait until we were all here together...they're coming home with us" my eyes were so wide I felt like they were going to pop out "I've stopped by the house and grabbed their car seats..." I turned towards the opened door and noticed a turf of yellow blonde hair "Hey Izu...Mina and I are here to help...oh and Shin" I glanced behind him and watched as Mina carried in Sylvia's car seat.

Kami had David's while Shinso handed over Harper's Ground Zero theme Car seat to Kacchan...I felt tears fill my eyes as I watched each of my babies being dressed comfortably and strapped into their carriers...I grabbed their bags and followed close behind Kacchan as he stopped at the nurses station.

We signed a few forms before moving towards the elevator "He's a heavy one...and look he scowls just like you Bakubro" kaminari giggled as he cooed at Harper who could barely keep his eyes focused.
