Page Thirty-Nine :

Katsuki sat back in his desk chair at work tapping his foot against the hard floor as he scammed through the files that were just given to him "Toga Himiko huh...Omega...unmated...no kids...no known family..." he tossed the vanilla folder down softly before sighing and rubbing his throbbing temples.

It's been a few days since he's seen his husband and pup...he agreed with Izuku when the omega offered to stay with Himiko but only if he take some security with him and Rory...he wanted to show Izuku take he could trust him...but what he didn't mention to the omega was that he had place extra security and lower ranking pro heros throughout the the other omegas apartment building.

His folks called him over protective but he doesn't feel that way...he just wants to make sure that his family is safe...he's barely been home since the day Izuku was discharged from the hospital...he had clothes packed away in his closet at work so he could go from his agency to the hospital to visit Harper...Sylvia and David whenever he had the chance.

Katsuki closed his eyes and ran his hands down his face before sighing loudly and sitting up straight in his seat...there was a soft tap at his door "Come in..." he called somewhat loudly "Hey Bakubro...Detective Tsukauchi Naomasa is here to speak with you" the red head stepped inside first before Tsukauchi stepped in behind him and took a seat across from Katsuki.

Both men shook hands and sat in their seats meekly "Sorry for interrupting Ground Zero I know your a busy man...but I need to know what you plan to do with Ms. Himiko...It's my understanding that your Omega knows her personally am I right?" Katsuki nodded before sitting back in his seat comfortably.

He explained the relationship between the two omegas...he also explained how Toga had wanted to reach out to his husband and how she was the one that provided the pro heros with Intel on the L.O.V. Tsukauchi wanted the location of the female omega but Katsuki wasn't so keen on giving that information up...not while his family was at said location.

The alpha knew that by withholding details about a criminals whereabouts would eventually cause issues for himself...he was aware...but he also knew that Izuku was expecting him to keep his promise...so instead of making the situation worst he promised to escort the female omega to the police station for what the detective explained as just a bit of 'Questioning' and he would stay there until they were done.

Tsukauchi hesitated for a second before agreeing with the alphas offer "I'll be waiting outside of the station tomorrow morning...Nine am sharp..." he extended his hand towards Katsuki after standing from his seat...Katsuki sucked his teeth before rolling his eyes and turning his head towards his laptop...the detective smiled before exiting the office.

After Naomasa left my office I signed out of my laptop...gathered my things and prepared to leave...I promised Izuku that I would stop by the hospital today "...Maybe It's just me but...something didn't seem right with him...I mean he seemed just a bit to eager..." I nodded my head before opening my office door "Before he came though I wanted to bring this by...It should help Izuku's friend...even if she was apart of the League...this will prove that she wasn't with them by choice" I turned and grabbed the blue folder before placing It into my duffel bag.

I would have to look over It at the hospital "Thanks Shitty hair..." I said before pushing the doors open to the parking area and walked through...once I reached my car just as I heard my phone go off...I opened my car door and climbed in before answering

"Hey baby...how's everything going with you and Ry?"

"We're just finishing lunch...have you been to the hospital yet?"

"I'm on my way there now...I got held up at the office..."

I started the engine before placing my phone on the dashboard mount...I pushed the speaker button and slowly exited the parking lot...we talked for a bit until I pulled into the hospitals parking area

"I'm about to go inside now...the doc said the last time I was here that They've gained some weight...hopefully we'll be able to bring them home soon..."

I explained while making my way inside...I told Izuku that I would snap some photos on my phone of the pups for him and once I leave from here I'll call him back...I hung up the phone and put It on vibrate before making my way towards the neonatal intensive care unit.

My heart skipped a beat when I walked into the room and saw that my mini me's where all awake "Oh hello there Mr. Bakugou, seems like you've come just in time for feeding" I smiled and took a seat next to the nurse who was currently trying to feed Harper...he would latch onto the silicone bottle nipple before turning his head with a tiny scowl on his face.

I chuckled at how stubborn he was being...I remember Rory being that way whenever Izuku and I would try to get him to eat...picky eater is what the hag called him...she explained that I was the same way "Would you like to give It a try sir?" I nodded before placing my hand and arm into the access port.

David and Sylvia seemed to be more cooperative...I guess they're more like Izuku "There you are little one...I can't have you not eating...your Papa will be upset with me..." I spoke softly as I watched my son guzzle down his milk...once they were done the nurse instructed how I should go by burping them.

She explained how to hold them and how to rub their backs softly or I could pat there backs very gently of course...I'm not gonna lie and say that I wasn't afraid to hold them...they're so small and fragile...I didn't want to make a mistake and hurt them in anyway.

Nurse Amy explained that all I had to do was place Harper on my chest and rub soothingly on his back "It's ok to be a little cautious when holding a small infant...It's natural to feel that way...but your inner parental instincts will help..." she said softly while placing Sylvia on her chest and patting her back softly.

The second nurse mirrored her actions with David who seemed to be smiling with his small lips shaped like a small O and I couldn't help but chuckle "It seems like this little one has a small surprise for us..." she stood up and moved around the room with him against her chest...soon enough he let out a small gargle like noise...Sylvia followed suit.

I looked down and noticed that Harpers face was scrunched up...his tiny nose was pressed against my chest and his hands were pulling at his little head beanie...he moved around a bit until I heard a soft burp come from his lips "There you go bud..." I cooed at him as I placed a soft kiss on his head.
