Page Forty-Four :

𝓚𝓪𝓽𝓼𝓾𝓴𝓲...

Restless nights...nerve racking days...whiny teenage sons and overly sensitive husbands...this is my life now...I get at least four hours of sleep every night because of the pups...Izuku started to sleep with plugs in his damn ears because he says that since he's with the kids all day then my turn is at night 'Selfish little ass' is my personal thought.

Harper isn't a problem...he sleeps throughout most nights and during the day Rory says he just quietly stares at everything and everyone...David whimpers and cries whenever his Papa is out of his eyesight...which makes me believe that he will be an omega...but I mean Rory was a mean kid and look how he turned out.

My biggest headache is Sylvia...the girl has lungs of steel...she's also stubborn and doesn't want anyone feeding her...changing her...bathing or dressing her...no one other then Izuku...whenever he is holding her I can't go anywhere near him without her throwing a damn tantrum.

So as I said before I only get four hours asleep a night before I'm woken up...tonight It's my blonde headed fire cracker Sylvia...the moment I stepped into the nursery I could hear the boys whimpering because of her loud screeching.

I placed my hands on her crib and shook my head...my brain wanted to yell and scream with her...but I know rationally that she's just a child...so I did what I do every night...I picked her up and cradled her close to my chest.

I released soothing pheromones to help her calm down and while I was at It I took a long sniff of her milky scent "I know pup...I know you want Papa But he's asleep...so you got me" I crooned softly as I rocked back and fourth slowly in the rocking chair...apparently that was the wrong thing to say because she began to scream louder and her little body began to tighten and stretch out before her tiny hands latched onto her hair.

I sighed and pushes more soothing pheromones out...Rory popped his head in their room yawning and rubbing his eyes "What's her problem Dad? Why's she screaming so loud..." I shook my head and kept trying to get Sylvia to calm down...he sat down on the floor beside his brothers cribs and cooed at them until I heard him yawn tiredly.

I looked at my strawberry color faced daughter with tired eyes "Sy baby please calm down...your Papa will be here in a few hours when you wake up...right now he needs to rest" I sighed when her tiny head pushed back against my hand and her face scrunched up with rage and anger.

She wasn't trying to hear shit I had to say...all she wanted was her Papa...so I stood up and grabbed her blanket and binky "Ry...I'll be right back OK? Pull the chair where you are so you don't have to strain your arms..." I said before leaving the nursery with a fussy Sylvia in my arms.

When I entered our room Izuku was spread out in the middle of the bed with his ass in the air...I couldn't help but snort at how crazy he sleeps "I hate to disturb his sleep pup...but your screaming could wake a whole nation of zombies...and I have to work in the morning...so hear we go" I said as I walked to my side of the bed and sat down.

Sylvia had started up again but this time her tiny feet poked out of her blanket and she began to flail her limbs around...I tapped Izuku once and heard him hum before going back to sleep...I tapped him again...this time a bit harder "Hm Kacchan...what's the matte-" his eyes landed on our daughter and I heard him curse under his breathe before he removed his plugs.

When he did he sighed loudly "I know baby I'm sorry but she wouldn't stop for me or Ry...and when I mentioned you getting your rest she didn't like that and screamed louder..." he shook his head with a soft chuckle "Jeez...come here little silver spoon...why're you giving Daddy a hard time huh" he spoke softly as he pulled her close to him and rocked her in his arm.

Again my brain wanted to yell and fucking scream because the moment he had her she calmed down and began to release cute little hiccups as he soothed and kissed her red face...I rolled my eyes and stood up "I left Ry on guard duty with the boys so...I'll leave the royal pain in my behind to you" I said before leaving our room again and walking back to the nursery.

When I entered the babies room again Rory was leaning against Harper's crib with his arms under his head...fast asleep while the other boys were asleep as well...I ran my hand through Rory's hair gently and scooped him up in my arms before walking back to his room...he purred as he wrapped his arms around my shoulders and leaned his head on my shoulder "...I got you son..." I said as I opened his bedroom door.

I moved his quilt back and laid him down before covering him up with It "Night son..." I turned his light off and shut his door before going back to check on Harper and David...they were sleeping peacefully so I decided not to bother them...I dimmed their light and made my way back to mine and Izuku's room.

When I stepped inside Izuku was laying on his back with a now sleeping Sylvia on his chest...he looked at me and smiled before patting the spot beside him "She had a tight grip on her hair...and her face was so damn red..." I whispered before leaning down to kiss my sleepy mate...Sylvia whined and shifted in her sleep before going still again.

I gave Izuku a 'Told you so' look while sitting back up...he giggling quietly before sitting up and slowly standing "I'm going to change her and heat up her bottle before laying her back down...wait up for me?" I nodded and stood up as well...he smiled and walked out of the room...I had to push the palm of my hand against my half hardened appendage before stepping into the bathroom to relieve my bladder.
