As Ash's mom suggested they had a Family Battle Royale together and one could say it became even fascinating than a League match. Gary surprised everyone by revealing his solo legendary Registeel. The battle raged on and finally came down to ending part when Ash decided to use their bond form. With this power Ash and Greninja defeated Gary with a super efective move.

"Well I'm not feeling that good aa of right now but I'll live." Ash said standing with support of Infernape who came with Sceptile, Lucario, Gardevoir and the others. And Garchomp bit Ash's head, mainly complaining about how he didn't get to fight and Ash was used to this. Among all of his pokemon, after Charizard and Zeraora, Garchomp was the one with this battle crazy. "Yeah I promise I'll give you the battle next time bud" Ash said patting Garchomp's head, still supported on Infernape. Meanwhile Lucario was using heal pulse on Greninja, who was of course bickering with Charizard making others sweatdrop. That made Ash remember "Hey, didn't you had the need yo visit Charla in Charizific valley?" Charizard perked up and looked at Ash wide eyed. At the heat of the battle of his Rival he forgot to go to Charizific valley. "Be back in the next three or four days okay!" Charizard just smirked and gave Ash a farewell flamethrower with less power knowing Ash's condition now.

After Charizard took off, Ash turned to his company. "So what was that with your Greninja. It wasn't Mega evolution since it requires Mega stones. Not to mention you were mimicking Greninja's movement and were in pain whenever he was in pain. Are you feeling the pain Greninja feel when in that form?" Prof Oak asked. He maybe old but he is still a smartass and was still sceptical as ever. Others gasped at this and Gary had a guilty look which Ash noticed. No matter how many times both boys denied this, but the others knew they were like brothers. "No need to feel guilty Gare-bear. Its fine I'll recover fast. I'm not an Aura user for nothing you know." This made Gary brighten up a little. "So its true?" Delia Asked with worry. "Well its a bit more than that. What Lucario said about me and Greninja was that we have the same Aura. If so then me and Lucario should be able to do the thing I could do with Greninja. When me and Greninja are pumped up in a battle, the our Aura starts synchronising as Lucario said and its like I became Greninja. I could read his thoughts, hear what he hears, see through his eyes, share my Aura and also feel his pain." Ash explained making others jaw drop. Ash continued "and since I didn't want anyone to see me and my case was going on, I didn't see any professors too." Ash signed.

"Well no matter Ash. I will take a look at Greninja and try to find out as much as I can, mean while why don't you take a nap. Your pokemon could rest in the lab, I bet they must have missed this place." The old Oak said. "Thanks prof." Ash said gratefully.

After 3 hours

Ash woke up after his nap and was met with a Yellow furball who jumped on and nuzzled his cheek onto Ash. "Hey bud how are you doing?" Suddenly a loud rumbling caused, and Pikachu just signed. Well it was Ash, he was hungry. Well after the feast his mom put up, It all burnd up in the match. "Pika pii pika" ('well can't say I'm surprised, its just typical you.') Pikachu said. "Well what would you expect after having a fiery battle like that?!" Ash pouted. Pikachu just ignored his trainer's reaction and ran down to the living room, Ash of course followed.

Ash Pov

I followed Pikachu and just as I went down I saw the sights and aroma which created a waterfall from my mouth. There were multiple dishes all finished. Courtesy of my mom and Brocko and by the look of things they were waiting for me. "I'm starving lets eat!!" I said and was about to take a Chicken leg piece someone smacked me on my head. It was none other than my Mom. "Go wash your hands first Young man." Mom said quite sternly. Oh how I hate this, a poor starving boy comes to take the piece but his mom had to say to wash his hands, "Alright" I pouted.
