The blue eyes

CHAPTER 12

"Brother are you really awake?" she asked happily as the young handsome man on the bed beside where she was sitting slowly opened his eyes.

  "What's happening?" He said trying to get up from the bed when he suddenly felt a sharp pain in his chest.

  "Brother,you can't get up yet" she said and laid him back to the bed like a baby.

   "What has happened?" He asked again looking around the room.

  "I'm coming let me call mother and the physician" she was about to stand up when the queen and the royal physician entered.

  "Mother he's awake" she said as her mother came in.

"Oh,my darling" she said and hurriedly went to the bad to carefully touch his wounds before asking the physician to check up on him.

  "His wounds is getting better your highness" the physician said after checking up on him.

"Oh, thank God" she said as she heaved a sigh of relief.

"Mother,where is Isabel and how did this happened to me" Williams who was lost asked anxiously but no one responded.

"Please say something,where is she?" He asked almost shouting.

  "Calm down son, she's fine" the queen said trying to make him cool down.

"I will like to go see her" he said attempting to stand up but was stopped  when Tasha said something.

  "She has been taken away" she said looking down with her eyes shut.

"What? By who?" He asked shocked

"Tasha,you shouldn't have" the queen said and made a gesture for her to keep quiet.

  "It's better we tell him now mother, if we should lie to him and he finds out later that would be the most dishearten thing for him"

  "I said by who?" his voice was more  loud this time.

  "Try and remember brother, it's hard for me to say too".

Without saying anything,he rested back on the bed placing his lower left arm on his head.

  "I left her room that night and went to mine then suddenly their was noise outside and....and..." He was talking silently but suddenly he rose up and angrily faced his mother and sister.

  "Did Luke take her and did this to me?" He asked angrily but received received no response " I bet I'll kill that bastard" he said and attempted to stand up from the bed but her mother and Tasha stopped her.

  "My son, please don't go. Your wounds are still fresh,you still need adequate medication and time to make it heal" her mother said with pleading eyes, telling him to please stay.

  "I'm sure she would be safe brother please wait" Tasha said calmly.

"I'm a fool, I'm stupid, I'm a coward. I couldn't protect someone I loved so dearly" he said as a tear drop from his eyes.

  The queen and Tasha was shocked because they have never seen him cried but they understood his pain.

   "She would be fine, son" his mother said as she gently sat beside him, patting his head.

  "Yes brother, I'm sure she would"

  "Tell the maids to bring his food" the queen ordered Tasha and she stood up.

   " I said I'm not going to eat until you take me back" she said as she folded her hands, facing the other side.
 
  "Look at me" he said as he tried pulling her chin to his side but all he got was a slap.

  "Don't you dare touch me" she said sharply as she faced him back.

   "Why my love?" He said ignoring the slap and tried to touch her waist but suddenly another hard slap landed on his face.

  "That's what you deserve" Isabel said as she stood up beside him.

He touched his face and checked his fingers as if checking traces of the slap. He suddenly stand up and moved towards Isabel who was also moving backwards

  "Don't come near me, Luke, don't try...." Before she could know, Luke as already grabbed her into his hands and against the wall. He held her tightly like a lion does to his prey, his eyes were sharp and filled with anger.

"Move away from..." Before she could know, a soft lips was already in hers, sucking her lips very hard like an hungry man. She could hardly breathe from the hard dreadful kiss when suddenly an idea struck her mind. She kicked his balls and the evil hands that had earlier gripped her released her, making him groan in pain.

" I hate you" she said as she rushed to the door but she was surprised when she saw the door which was opened earlier became locked.

   As he used his magic?

She wondered as she looked back at him. He was looking at her with angry fierce look when she saw him stood up and stormed towards her. She didn't know what she could do but stare at him and when he was about to get to her she shut her eyes, ready to receive any punishment.

   Nothing seemed to have landed on her face or body except a hand who has pushed her away from the door and someone who has stormed out of the room angrily.

   She slowly opened her eyes and sighed before heading to sit on her bed.
Not long, the woman who was beside her when she woke up came in to pack the foods she has rejected.

  "Why are you taking it away?" She asked the woman

"Prince Luke as ordered me" she responded in her  calm voice.
  
"Leave it" she said as she stared at the woman.

  The woman looked at her for a couple of seconds before placing the food back.

  "You are...?" Isabel asked staring at me woman.

  "Lydia,one of the maids here. Ordered by the prince to specially look after you" she answered and bowed.

  "Can you help me?" She asked with a calm voice.

  "I would if it's something I'm capable of doing" she answered still bowing.

  "Get me out of here, please" she said with pleading eyes.

"My princess, that, I can't help you with. It's out of what I'm capable of and besides if am willing to there is no way you can get out of here"

  "Why?" She asked curiously

  "The walls built around this place was  built with magic ever since you were brought in. No one could possibly break in or move out , it looks as if tall iron rods were used but I tell you it's something stronger than iron rods".

Wtf..how would she get out of here now? Since the walls are unbreakable. Even if some men were sent to rescue her they may not be able to.

Tears rushed down her face. Memories of her father, mother and Williams were rushing into her head until a soft hands laid gently on her shoulder.

"I understand your pain, princess, and I wished I could help" the calm voice of the woman sounded.

  After some minutes of consoling her,the woman left.
