"i want jennie kim to report to me, now!" the general angrily slammed his fists on the wooden table, blood boiling from the footage he just saw.

the young soldier quickly bowed and dashed out of the office. he looked for the requested soldier. "dang it, jennie, where did you go this time?" he asked himself and raked his hair back with his fingers.

he felt a tap on his shoulder, as he looked back, he saw a female soldier with a huge grin on her face. "were you looking for me?"

"no, general choi is looking for you." he pulled her by the wrist, dragging her to the general's tent. she groaned and tried to break free from his strong grip. of course, she failed.

she always hated getting called by the general, it reminds her of getting called by their highschool principal for something she didn't even do.

"taehyung," she mumbled.

both soldiers stopped on their tracks. the male soldier looked at her and raised an eyebrow. "what?"

"can you come with me if i go to the general's tent?" she cheekily smiled.

he sighed. "fine."

when the two finally reached the general's tent, they fixed themselves to look presentable.

"thank you for bringing her, kim taehyung." the general nodded approvingly and sat down his swirling chair. he turned his gaze to the female soldier and cleared his throat. "i called you here to inform you that you have been caught vandalizing."

"it wasn't me." she answered sternly, keeping her posture straight, and looking straight ahead. looking anywhere but the general. "i was on duty last night."

"well, doctor kwon told me that she saw you sneaking out of you station last night." general choi leaned his back on the chair. "we all know that doctor kwon doesn't lie, right, taehyung?"

taehyung froze. "y-yes, sir." he hesitated to answer, but did it, nonetheless. the two soldiers were best friends since they were in highschool, and taehyung felt guilty by not taking jennie's side. but what can he do? he doesn't want the general to be mad at him.

jennie shoots him a glare. it screams 'i'll skin you alive later'.

"now, i want you to take responsibility of your actions and go help the kids of ukraine to clean themselves. i expected better from you, kim."

"pardon?" both taehyung and jennie asked at the same time.

the general placed his palm over his forehead. he keeps on forgetting that the two had the same surname. "i was talking to jennie. you are free to go, taehyung."

talk about favorites, jennie thought.

taehyung salutes and bows respectfully, he glanced at jennie one more time before leaving the tent. jennie sighs, she didn't like kids. "should... should i get going now, general kwon?" she awkwardly points at the outside of the tent.

general kwon nodded in approval. jennie salutes and runs off to strangle taehyung until he couldn't breathe anymore. she was about to sprint to taehyung's tent, when she felt someone pull her wrist, again.

"hey," his deep, baritone voice caused her to stop running, "where are you off to, huh? didn't general kwon told you to go help the kids- ah! god damn it, jennie!" he screams when jennie strangled him to the ground. "let me go, you fucking psychopath!"
