it's been three months since the breakup, and jungkook already looked like he rose from the dead over and over again. the rap line was worried for him, while the rest of the vocal line always made fun of him.

"i miss her," he hiccuped and wrapped himself in a warm blanket, that had lisa's face printed on it, "fucking yg entertainment, why wouldn't they let lisa date a hot guy like me?" he questions hysterically.

"it's probably because of your tattoos." seokjin comments and continued to change the channels.

the youngest and the eldest noticed taehyung staring at the mirror for thirty minutes now, and they couldn't help but to get worried for him.

"v-hyung, what's going on?" jungkook sniffs.

"jennie's coming over— you two," he points at the two, "fix yourselves."

jin scoffed and decided to man spread in front of taehyung, just to slightly piss the younger off. "i'm too lazy to move, tae."

taehyung rolled his eyes and decided to push the older off the couch, making him land on his butt. jin groaned and was about to hit him, when someone knocked on the door.

the three went silent for a while, and taehyung quickly grabbed all of the empty chip packets and threw them into the trash bins. "jungkook, fix yourself, or just pretend to be asleep."

he took a deep breath and quickly opened the door, while jin and jungkook just looked at each other in disbelief.

"jen!" taehyung shrieked and engulfed his girlfriend in a hug. "i missed you so much, how was LA?"

"it was great, oh, and if you don't mind, i brought lisa with me." jennie says and pulls the younger beside her.

"oh, not at all." taehyung smiles.

jungkook froze upon hearing her name, he looks at the door and there, he saw her, keeping her head low and lips sealed. for some reason, his heart clenched. she looked just as miserable as him.

"isn't that your ex—"

jungkook didn't let jin finish what he was going to say, as he quickly grabbed his blanket and ran to his room. his heart was racing and his eyes were watering.

"fuck, that was so embarrassing." jungkook cursed and covered his face with his hands, breathing in and out. "let's just wait for them to go home." he tells himself and decided to listen to a couple of his favorite songs.

as he was currently listening to his own solo song 'still with you', he heard the rest of the members laughing at the living room, but what bothered him was that he didn't hear lisa's laugh. she would usually be the loudest one in the room.

"jungkook! get your ass over here!" he heard hoseok call for him, and he quickly tugged his earbuds from his ears. no one wants to see an angry hoseok.

he looked at himself in the mirror, making sure that the piercing he recently got wouldn't be visible to lisa. he still looked like a zombie, but her couldn't care less, lisa wouldn't judge him.

he lazily slumped beside namjoon, who had rolled his eyes for the nth time after listening to jin's dad jokes. lisa and jungkook were sitting in front of each other, and the two locked eyes, there was still a spark inside her eyes.

hoseok noticed their little interaction, and had thought of a mischievous plan. he was known of to be the cupid of the group.

"lisa-ssi, how about you and jungkook talk?" he suggests and crossed his legs like a rich aunt, "it's been so long since you two talked, right? so how about you two catch up, yeah?"

jennie nudged lisa's shoulder lightly. "you can do it, lali, i know that you can't ignore him forever." she whispers.

lisa was unsure, but stood up from the couch nonetheless. jungkook followed her, standing up from the couch and pulling his sleeves down to cover his tattoos.

"it would be better if you two talked in private." jin winks, and that made namjoon and jimin's face scrunch in disgust.

"how about my room?" they were shocked to see jungkook start the conversation with her.

lisa only nodded and followed him from behind, still keeping her head low.

they both entered his room, and jungkook closed thr door shut. lisa just stood there and examined his room. it still looks the same; his little collection of iron man figures, the albums of his favorite artists, and their photos together. he never threw them away.

"you... you kept them?" she points at their photos, pasted on his wall.

"i'm not the type of person who moves on quickly," he sighs and plopped on his bed, covering his eyes, "how are you doing?"

"good," she sealed her lips and sat on his black gaming chair, "actually, i..." she hesitated. "never mind."

jungkook couldn't help but to get curious. "be honest with me, lali." he called her by her nickname.

the tension was thick and awkward, and you could almost cut a knife into it. lisa fiddled with her fingers and looks at him. "can you roll your sleeves up? i want to see your tattoos."

jungkook was flustered. "m-my tattoos?" he cleared his throat after stuttering. "sure." he rolled his sleeves up to his elbows, revealing numerous tattoos. "i'm really sorry if i got them without your permission. i wanted to get your name tattooed on my arm but—"

"they're beautiful."

jungkook paused and looked at her in the eye, with a hint of hope in them. "you think that they're beautiful?"

"they're one of the things i like about you." she softly smiled and gently caressed his arm, which sent shivers down his spine. "i'm proud of you for being brave."

something about the way she talks to him, made him miss her more. it was such a shame that yg didn't approve him to be her boyfriend.

"and, um, i heard that you got your eyebrow pierced." she leans back after realizing how close she was to him. "can i see it?"

jungkook nodded quickly and brushed his hair back, revealing his eyebrow piercing. lisa stared at it in awe. "doesn't it hurt?"

"i was thinking about you the whole time as i got it pierced."

both were silent. jungkook realized what he had just said, and that made his cheeks heat up. "i mean— shit, i said too much."

lisa laughed at his behavior, and that made jungkook look at her. ah, her laugh, he misses it so much. "why are you embarrassed?"

"it's just that," he sat up, "it's been three months since we broke up and i thought that maybe... you found someone else now."

lisa's eyes softened, she gently cupped his cheek and looked at him. "i would never find someone better than you, kook." that moment, their lips touched for a second. "i talked to our ceo, it took a lot of begging and pleading, but i managed to convince him that you were a great guy."

it took jungkook a hot second to process what was happening. "wait, i don't want to get my hopes too high, but does that mean that," he stood up and held her shoulders, "does that mean that we can date again?"

lisa nodded with a wide smile on her face. different kinds of emotions bursted inside jungkook's heart. he quickly wrapped his arms around her, hugging her tightly. "i'm so happy!" it's like he just won the lottery.

"i can't breathe, hey." she giggled when jungkook planted kisses all over her face.

"do you think that they made up?" taehyung asks.

"judging from the way lisa giggled, yeah, i'm sure that they made up." jennie answered.

— end.
