— VEGAS.

I don't know why I'm keeping up with this bodyguard who talks to himself. Maybe because he surprised me? Maybe because he's a kind person? Maybe I'm bored? Who knows.

"P'Vegas! Wake up..." Macau woke me up the way I knew only he did. That way, I wouldn't attack whenever I opened my eyes. No one woke me up holding my face, only my brother. "I'm gonna kill that person, how dare he throw you out of your own home!" He furiously said.

I calmed him down, "It's nothing new, why are you out at night? Don't you have school tomorrow?" I asked.

What he told me surprised me in every single way a person can be surprised. He really went against my father... for my sake? Just because I'm sleeping outside? Does he even know how long I've been treated this way? Does he even know that I'm already under the "son" pity that I'm just thrown outside and not worse?

When I heard about the whole trip the main family had initiated, I didn't want to go. Why would I want to spend time with people who are the cause of my misery in life? I hate them. I hate everything about them.

Except...

Except maybe that one bodyguard who spoke for me. What was his name again? Peter? Pan? Feet? Fuck, I don't even remember.

"You have to come! I don't want to go alone, but I really want to go!" Macau kept nagging me about the trip for weeks now. I even heard two bodyguards from the main family would be riding with us. See?! They don't even trust us enough to let us ride on our own. "You can always stay with me on the trip! You can even read and Dad won't bother you with anything!"

How tempting...

"He may not show it, but I'm sure he's excited!" You've got to be kidding me. I saw him, the bodyguard. I remember him being the head bodyguard of Tankhun, but I forgot his name. He has this weird habit of talking to himself, how weird, just like his master.

What the hell was he even talking about? Who's excited on the trip?

"Are you gonna stand here until the sun shows up and leave again, or are you getting on the fucking plane?" I said.

I don't know why I found it cute when he jumped a little hearing someone talk behind him, just like how he was that night.

"Owwww! I forgot again, he's the heir of the minor clan, of course he's here!!" He spoke his mind for the nth time.

"Well, now that you've cleared that out, do you mind?" I was being sarcastic."Don't make a habit of talking to yourself, I might start thinking being a crazy psychopath is contagious." I knew how much he treasured Tankhun. He looked furious hearing what I said, he even said something else but I just pushed him aside to get in.

Macau was sitting on an aisle seat, man I want one too. Only one was left without anyone sitting on the window seat, so I occupied it. I didn't want to have stuff beside me so I went back and placed some of my bag with the rest of the baggage. I emotionally groaned seeing the same bodyguard, Pete, as I heard someone say his name, take the seat next to mine.

"What the hell is he talking about? I'm taking this seat and I don't care who I'll be sitting with. Mark my words." I heard him say, taking to himself as a reply to the other who warned him. I guess that person knew I sat here. Was I a bad seatmate? What the fuck.

"Didn't I tell you to stop making a habit of talking to yourself?"

He's really a cute bodyguard. Pete.
