Chapter 3

#Sasha POV#

I looked at everyone," Guys, I think we messed up with Mikasa." Armin nodded his head," Yeah, we should go make it right." Jean scoffed as he angrily said," At least you all were called by your names! MIKASA CALLED ME KIRSTEIN!"

I raised an eyebrow," Is that really that bad?" Jean glared at me," That woman is going to be my future wife, OF COURSE IT'S BAD!" Connie rolled his eyes," She's not into you dude, I keep telling you that." I looked to the side," As if Sasha likes you."

I looked at Connie," What?" Connie ignored me and looked at Armin," We should look for Mikasa?" Armin replied," Why not Eren? I mean, he's the one whose missing." Jean shook his head," No one cares about Eren, let's look for Mikasa because I have a feeling that she just left the walls."

I hit my forehead," Of course she left the walls. Where else would Eren be?" Armin looked at all of us," So then let's go fetch our horses if we're going to look for Mikasa." We started walking to the stables and noticed that Mikasa's ODM gear and horse was gone.

Mikasa...where have you gone?

I quickly jumped on my horse," We'll split up! Armin, you're with me! Connie and Jean, you're together!" Connie asked," Why do you get to choose?" I replied, getting my girl ready to leave," Because I'm the only girl here and we're going after my best friend!" 

Just as I was about to leave, Armin stopped me," Wait! We need these!" He ran towards a storage cupboard and pulled our flair guns. I questioned," Why would we need those?" Armin turned to me," Just in case we find Mikasa or Eren."

Armin handed me and Jean a red and green flair gun," Red if you find Mikasa, green if you find Eren. Got it?" We nodded our heads and soon enough, we left in search for our friends. Armin and I decided to cover the north and east while Jean and Connie cover the south and west.

While we were riding, Armin asked," Do you really think Eren left?" I nodded my head," I wouldn't surprised, though it is surprising that Mikasa didn't know." Armin pointed straight ahead," Let's check there!"

I asked," Why? You said we should check the north first then the east?" Armin replied," That forest is Mikasa and Eren's favorite. We might find one of them there." I sighed," If you're sure." We rode faster and my mind was covered with worry when I saw blood on a tree.

Armin got of his horse as he shot his ODM gear out to get a closer look at the blood," This is fresh...someone was hurt recently." I held my hand by my heart," Do you think it was Mikasa or Eren?"

Armin bit his lip," Mikasa isn't weak, getting hurt is hard for her. Eren on the other hand, I'm not sure." As soon as we left the forest, we saw the red flair shoot up into the air, I grabbed Armin's arm," Armin, look! Jean and Connie found Mikasa! Let's hurry!"

I rode as quickly as I could to where Jean and Connie where, with Armin tagging behind a few feet. When I reached them, I was disappointed. Not only was there no Mikasa, but they were fighting.

I got off my horse," Where's Mikasa?" Jean grumbled," Stupid Connie shot the flair gun-" Connie shouted," I told you-it was an accident!" Armin finally reached us and questioned," I thought Mikasa was here?"

I shook my head," No, these two dumbasses just decided to miss lead us." Armin sighed," Get on your horse, Sasha. We should get back to looking for them." I nodded my head as I got back on my horse. 

Armin and I started riding back to the north to continue our search. After finding nothing, we started searching the east and as you can expect...our search was futile. We returned back to the walls, sad.

When we got back, we found Jean and Connie in the stables. I asked," When did you guys get back?" Jean replied," A few minutes ago. We were waiting for you. Did you find Mikasa or Mikasa?"

I questioned," Mikasa or Mikasa? Don't you mean Mikasa or Eren?" Jean realized his mistake," Shit, yeah. I meant that, sorry." Armin shook his head," No, we understand. We're all worried about Mikasa and Eren, it's not just you."

Jean glared at Armin," I'm not worried about Eren, just Mikasa." I hit my forehead," When will you and Eren be done fighting?" Jean folded his arms and didn't respond to me. I sighed," Let me guess, not until Mikasa belongs to one of you?"

Jean angrily replied," She will belong to me, Eren won't get her." Armin questioned," And what makes you so sure that Mikasa won't choose Eren?" Jean turned away," Because I'm better than Eren in every way. Being smart, handsome, not dying and I don't need her to protect me every second of every day."

I rolled my eyes," To me, you both suck." Jean scoffed," No one cares about your opinion potato woman." I glared at him," Same here, horse face." Jean rolled his eyes. Armin sighed," Can we just focus on Eren and Mikasa?"

Connie nodded his head," Yes, if potato girl and horse face will stop fighting." I took a step back," I'm done." Jean looked at me," Same." Armin held his chin," So how will we find them?" Jean sighed," Who knows where Mikasa is?"

I looked outside," Hopefully, she'll be back by the end of the day and Eren...we'll need to look for him, but let's do that when Mikasa is here."
