A Long Check Up: The Color Pink

So I had been thinking about what to wear for my next visit to my doctor, and I decided to risk wearing the very color I was killed in my nightmare. I mean what could possibly go wrong right, as it is only a dream that doesn't mean anything. There is a sense of dread growing inside of me however, and I decided to change back to one of my white tops instead, just to be safe.

Should I tell the doctor about my nightmare? It did happened at her clinic after all, I did not saw who was cutting my throat in my nightmare since my eyes were close and I felt death, but now I am quite scared. This is what I get for scaring myself too much.

So the doctor called me and told me to bring some extra clothes. I have no idea why, but maybe I am to do some physical activities perhaps? All I got is my pink top as a spare, so maybe I should risk bringing that. I may as well sweat with my white tops on if we are going to do some physical exercise check ups. I'm not exactly sure if jeans would be appropriate for whatever the activity would be.

Her: *enters the doctor's office.
Doctor: did you bring what I've asked for, since we are going to be doing a little bit of special check up on you, my dear.
Her: I'm curious as to why you asked me to bring some extra clothing by the way.
Doctor: that's a good question, but sadly I couldn't just put it in words for you. You have to see to understand it, and you may want to change into the clothes you've brought with you unless you rather stain that white top of yours.
Her: stain my white top? With what exactly? I want to know...
Doctor: you'll see soon enough, since I've prepared a special check up for you as well. I just need to finish a few more preparations. I've also prepared you a special drink, but don't drink that unless I tell you to do so, understand?
Her: what exactly is in this drink that makes it so special?
Doctor: just trust me on this, my dear...
Her: I don't know if I'm comfortable drinking something I don't know, doctor...
Doctor: trust me, you'll have to drink that later.

I'm not really sure about this drink. I feel that the doctor is rather secretive today and I am concerned for my own safety, but I trust her. I'll have to trust her since she's the only one who understands me as a patient. I was also asked by the doctor again about changing into the clothes I've brought, but I insisted that I just wear whatever I am currently wearing right now instead. I just couldn't risk dying here. Something about wearing my pink top today felt cursed and I may have just avoided some impending death that's suppose to be coming towards me today.

The doctor was really asking me to change into the clothes I've brought (preferably something dark with a plunging neckline), but all I had was my pink. The doctor said it was fine and we're now going to the next step, which is for me to drink some strange mix prepared by the doctor herself. I don't even know what it is inside this, but I am now tasked to sit inside the bathtub and finally drank the mix.

Doctor's Notes: the patient is now unconscious, and now is the time I have to obtain so blood from her throat. I just hope I don't end up cutting her jugulars and killing her in the process. To describe it in detail:
- I had to rest the head of the patient out of the tub while her neck stretches.
- I shall place a small basin below her neck to obtain some of that last Elven blood.
- using a special dagger, I gently made an incision across the throat of the patient as her blood begins to trickle down her neck.
- I carefully put more pressure as I drag the sharp edges of my dagger across her throat one more time to obtain a large amount of her blood, which also caused her top to be bloodied & dirty.
- I had been instructed to prepare a maiden sacrifice for my patient, when she awakens later, so I will have to keep her alive as of now.
- I eventually stopped the bleeding from the large incision on her neck.
- I poured some of that special elixir onto the wound on her neck & it quickly healed.
- I changed her clothes back to what she wore prior to the ritual.

I woke up on the sofa of the office without having any recollection of just happened

I woke up on the sofa of the office without having any recollection of just happened. I was just sitting in the bathtub, then all of a sudden I was now here. I'm also back to wearing my white top. I asked the doctor about my pink top and she told me that it was being disinfected off the bacteria. I heard knocks on the door, as the doctor opened it, I saw about 3 people (patients, I'm assuming) coming inside, but they were actually friends of the doctor. I have a bad feeling about them...

Her: doctor, what's going on?
Doctor: well, these are my friends actually...
Them: it's an honor to meet the maiden at last. We are honored to witness this truly once in a lifetime event!
Her: once in a lifetime event? I don't understand what are you all talking about?
Doctor: you'll find out soon enough, and I'm sorry if you had to find out this way, my dear, but you are the last Elven maiden...
Them: *holds the patient on both arms. don't move & don't struggle, your honor.
Her: w-what's going on!? What are you guys doing to me?
Them: *brings the patient to a sacrificial chamber
Her: what is this place? Where are you all taking me?
Them: *sits the patient down, as one places a basin on her lap
Her: alright doc, what's really going on? I don't feel like puking if that's what you're thinking, so what's the basin for?
Doctor: shhh... I'm sorry I had to do this to you, my dear... *she gently pulls the chin of the patient towards her revealing the throat of the patient.
Her: this is just like my nightmare, and it came true... I just want to ask why?
Doctor: a sacrifice must be made, my dear...

Doctor's Notes: it pains me to put an end to the life of my patient, but she was also my friend, my lover even. All things must come to an end I guess. Such a delicate long neck, only to be shortened and bloodied by my blade. Truly a shame indeed as I watched her dying breath with tears in her eyes. Her neck was bleeding profusely until she breathed her last breath of life.
