Caroline was babbling on about some party that was to happen soon. Saying they needed to go and dress like the absolute bad bitches they were.
Derek was in the kitchen making me food because I didn't want to move from the couch.
I had a warm fuzzy blanket over my body. Klaus shirt covering my belly and shorts.
Closing my eyes as I listen to the girl babble and place my hand on my stomach. My magic hummed through it, circling the baby within and a smile graced my face as my baby responded to the burst of magical energy.
'She is going to be very strong. Continuing our family line.'
Ara called out through out my head and I let my magic thrum out touching her image in my head.
"Yeah, yeah she will."
"Bella?"
I open my eyes to see Derek looking down at me with worried brows and I just smile up to him.
"I'm fine. Just..." I looked over to Caroline who was watching us and I figured....fuck it.
"Care, wanna see something?" I asked in a soft voice and she smiled and nodded like a Pomeranian puppy.
I just pulled back the blanket and with Derek's help stand to my swollen feet. You wouldn't think they would swell because, hello vampire! But bitch news flash they do.
Taking her hand I place it on my stomach and then send Magic down to my baby letting her react to it. She started to kick making Caroline look up with wide eyes.
"Your pregnant?" She almost practically yelled and I nod my head to her and she just screams before launching herself to her feet.
"Holy shit! We need to go shopping! Baby clothes, food, gear! Everything! Do you know the gender? How is it possible? Is it his?!" She motions to Derek who went pink eared at the insinuation of him sleeping with me.
I just chuckled as Derek helped me sit back down and placed the food on my lap making me smile.
"Eventually I will. I want to make sure I am back in a safe place before I even consider buying baby stuff. A girl by the way. It possible because I'm a mixture of things and no it's not Derek's." I spoke leaning up so Derek can slide in behind me like I know he wants too.
It only took him a couple seconds before he curled around my back side protectively.
His head placed on my shoulder and watched Caroline who looked at her baffled before hugging and crossing her arms.
"Anyone tries to even touch that baby and I will literally become their worst freaking nightmare!" She hissed and let her vampire take over to make an effect.
I just chuckled and the girl just huffed and stomped her foot.
"At least buy some stuff with me today! We have nothing to do!"
