It's been 12 years and Net has grown to become a fine young man. He's twenty now so Net's father has been preparing him to inherit the business when his father retires.
His parents have also been asking when Net would get married but his mind wasn't on the topic of marriage at the moment.
One afternoon someone was knocking on the door, Net was slowly walking down the stairs waiting to see who it is, his parents were already downstairs waiting to welcome said guests.
Once one of the guards had opened the door, Net blank expression turned into a smile, it was the Supamongkon family. Oh how he missed then all. Net immediately came down those stairs to greet them all. He delightedly shook the hands of Mr. and Mrs. Supamongkon, gave Samantha a long awaited hug, then came to embrace the one who he had missed the most, James.
Though James had a cold expression on his face, Net thought it was because James hadn't seen him in so long. When he came in to embrace him however, instead of hugging Net back, James held his arms to his chest and slowly pushed Net, shaking his head and mouthing "No". Net made an awkward chuckle and shook James' hand instead. What's up with him? Why is acting so cold and distant from me? Net thought as James' family came into his house.
James and Nets family sat opposite of each other which had Net and James facing each other, looking anywhere but each other. That's when Net's father chimed in "After what? 12 years? what brings you to our lovely establishment once again". James' father replied saying "Well after all these years..... we'd like to form a business transaction with you again". James' mom chimed in saying "And since the boys have really grown, I think we should have them do the transaction. It would be great practice for them when they eventually take over our businesses in a few years". "Excellent idea" Net's father responded "Since our boys are already friends, I think this would be a breeze".
By this time Net and James had finally looked at each other except they were shocked at the news, but a second later they looked away again.
How am I supposed to work with someone that practically hates me. Net thought. That's when Net took just a glance at James and his heart began to race. That feeling, that feeling is all too familiar, could it be.........
