Just because someone is older doesn't mean they are smarter.

For example, Jeonghan and Seungcheol going on a mission without the others and only leaving a note saying where they're at.

Why did they not take them?

They didn't think it was necessary.

When did they decide this?

While everyone was distracted helping Chan settle in.

How did they come to this decision?

By being idiots.

If you still haven't noticed I outline the fact that they are all in fact idiots, it gives them character. :)

Back to the story though....

We join them in the car, they have already left the house and were on their way to the house of the person they were hired to kill.

"Hannie do you have everything?" Seungcheol asks when they were less then four blocks away.

"Yep, even if i didn't it would be too risky to go back. Wouldn't want to risk waking anyone." Jeonghan says checking to make sure all the weapons were loaded.

"Why does it feel like we're doing something wrong?" Seungcheol asked with a frown after pulling over in a alleyway a street away from the apartment of the target.

"I don't know what you're talking about." Jeonghan said feigning obliviousness while turning the safety on his gun off.

"I mean the fact we are going on a mission alone without even informing-" Seungcheol says while turning to look at Jeonghan.

"Shh! Don't say it! If we say it out loud, it makes it real that we are consciously lying and keeping secrets." Jeonghan interrupts him with a whisper-yell, even though they are the only ones in the black car.

They both stare at each other before Seungcheol just nods and undoes his seatbelt. They both get out the car, covered from head to toe in dark black with black glasses to match.

"Let's stick to the plan and get back home before our absence is even noticed." Jeonghan says making eye contact with Seungcheol and nodding before starting the run towards the buildings fire escape....

[Back at the house ]

It was quiet.

A bit too quiet if you asked Minghao.

He hated being a light sleeper, it always made waking up easy and going to sleep hard.

There was no logical reason for why he wanted to check up on all his boyfriends right now. He just had a indescribable gut feeling.

So, he got up and started going room to room to check up on all of them.

Everything seemed to be alright and he started feeling ridiculous for even doing it in the first place.

That didn't stop him from heading towards the last room though. He knew Joshua was also a light sleeper so he didn't want to look in the room but that would mean four of his boyfriends going unaccounted for and the feeling in his gut got worse at the thought.

"I'll just make sure to be extra quiet." He reasoned with himself before opening the door.

His heart instantly dropped when he only saw two bodies on the king bed.
