How do you get away with murder? What is the step that defines absolutely everything that follows, the piece of the jigsaw that makes everything fit perfectly into place.

The victim.

You need to find the perfect victim. The reason people get caught is after committing a crime which in most cases is due to impulse or because of other substances this means the victims haven't been perfectly selected. They were just an unlucky family member or even just some random dude who messed with someone tripping on to much acid.

People are messy so when it comes to it you've got to view a murder as a piece of art, when selecting the victim think of it as selecting the right paint colour or even the correct paintbrush what will fit the piece of art correctly? Is it going to be a pink or a bright orange that fits the picture will the paintbrush be a flat brush or a round brush. These questions will result in whether or not the art goes well it's the exact same with a murder. I've studied every law book they're is I've studied every science they're is so faking our deaths is actually not going to be to difficult but it's needs to be carried out with perfect precision one wrong move and it's over.

In this case I already know what type of colour I need to make this piece come out perfectly with no mistakes the first victim needs to be close in looks to Rosaline these two murders are to use to fake our deaths so choosing the correct victim means finding two people who even slightly resemble us. But we can't just pick anybody they can't be people who after twenty four hours a search team will be out looking for them they need to be nobodies who don't have any family that could report them missing. It's messed up but we don't need these two girls to be missed we just need them dead.

The flower killer aka Rosaline mutilated the victims so these murders needs to follow a similar theme of bodily mutilation or it'll raise suspicion I have no doubt Rosaline will have some ideas when it comes to that. We both have experience when it comes to the kills but as much as I have copied her I can never quite perfect the darkness of her crimes a normal person wouldn't notice the very slight differences but they're visible.

To me at least.

Her murders were so disturbing that not even I could kill with such raw darkness and intensity in many ways her crimes were so sickening that in my eyes they were beautiful. I'm not stupid I know that buried within Rosaline is a monster that is ruthless I was her defence lawyer, I've been her admirer but my main role now is that I just want her and me to be together even if we need to keep killing to keep that monster within her at bay then I'll do it. I have enough money in my bank to last me a lifetime even if I can't be a lawyer anymore because of my success over the years I'm a millionaire already, I also know some guys who can take care of my finances when we do both fake our deaths.

" Are you hungry?" I feel a pat on my shoulder, "Alice are you listening to me I'm asking if your hungry."

" Oh. I'm good, thank you"

She raises her eyebrow just ever so slightly but I notice I notice everything she does it's the look that means she's going to continue to nag me so I may as well just eat something plus my stomach is rumbling and I need to be on my best form these next few days.

" I'm not hungry but I'll eat something if you've got it"

A small grin pulls at the side of her mouth. I look out the window but instead of following the road we're on she takes a swift right.
I grip the seat steadying myself.

" Can you tell me next time before you take such a sharp turn! I nearly went through the bloody window."
