Irene waited in line between some of the other girls standing together. Luckily, the line was pretty quick and Irene did her business quickly and stepped out not much longer. She washed her hands thoroughly and dried off her hands with a napkin. She felt her phone buzz in her back pocket of her skirt. She glanced down as she was walking out and saw her mother had texted her.

Mama: Have you gotten to the resort yet, dear?
Irene: No, we just stopped at a spot to go to the bathroom. We have about 30 minutes until we get there.
Mama: I see. Since you'll get your phone confiscated, i wanted to tell you i love you and have fun.
Irene: Okay, mama. I love you too <3

Irene smiled down at her phone, feeling a tap on her back. She glanced over her shoulder to see Duke standing there beside her. Irene twisted around with a wide smile.

    "Hi, Duke." She smiled.

"Hey..." He said, starting to fidget nervously under the pretty girls eyes.

"How was the bus ride? Did you eat anything?" Irene asked, starting to walk out of the narrow hallway with 3 lines going. Two were to go to the bathrooms and one in the middle to leave between the two lines. Irene started seeing everyone start to get annoyed they were in the middle and felt bad. She kept he eyes down on the grey tile to avoid any eye contact as they made their way out. She would just wait for Vasco outside.

"I ate a couple chips." He admitted. Irene nodded and hummed, feeling her stomach start to clench at the thought of something to eat. She hadn't eaten since she was with Gun. She subconsciously smiled at the mental memory. In the end she did fine, but she was hungry now. It was a good sign that her stress levels were dropping though.

"Im excited to go to the resort. I heard they have outdoor walks and canoeing and swimming." Irene said with a little sparkle in her eye. Duke would kill just to see the shimmer in her eye at the thought.

"You like doing outdoors stuff?" Duke asked, not seeing she was the type. She didn't really seem all that athletic and she didn't go outside much from what he knew about her.

"I like nature. Not doing all the physical stuff, but i like the aura or the feeling of natural." Irene admitted. She smiled at the thought of deer and other critters moving along the leaves and brush.

"Ohh~ Did you ever do any camping?" Duke asked, walking toward the sliding doors with her beside him.

"No, my mom was working a lot. Usually she would leave Daniel and I at my neighbors house to stay there while she worked for most of the day. She was in her late 60's, so she never really brought us anywhere." Irene explained a little insight on her personal life she didn't really tell anyone.

"Ohh, i see. It kind of sucks that they took our phones. I wanted to take some photos." Duke sighed heavily.

"I bought a camera to take pictures with Daniel. It's old and really cheap, but its better than nothing." Irene sighed and leaned against the pavement wall, waiting for Vasco and Jace to walk out.
