"I can't ride you home today, Robin." A disappointed Steve sighed at the end of the school day.

"Why, does little Stevie need his mom to drive him home?" Robin laughed. "But anyways, no pressure dude, I'll just walk home." Robin smiled.

"I'll drive you!" Nancy eagerly exclaimed, her posture straightening while she stood five feet away from them. Robin turned around to find herself smiling.

"Really?" Robin asked.

"Yeah." Nancy said gently, walking over to them.

"Alright then, it's settled." Steve winked behind Robin's back at Nancy. Nancy slid a smile.

"Hey Eddie!" Steve yelled to Eddie, who was two locker sets away.

Robin smirked, "Those two immediately became best friends, maybe even closer." Robin joked around with Nancy.

"Mhm, like us." Nancy whispered under her breath.

"Pardon?" Robin asked.

"Oh- I said we should probably get out of here so I can get you home. Nancy started trotting out the door, leaving Robin some catching up.

"That Nancy Wheeler." Robin whispered, her eyes making lovey expressions.
