"Are You alright dear?" North asks once we arrived at the palace balcony...This is it

I nod hesitantly "Will they even recognize me?" I ask...I hear him sigh behind me

"You're their daughter...I'm sure they will" I turn to him and gave him a smile...

Just then...we both heard the doors open and a faint gasp...I slowly turned around and saw the king and queen...my parents

The queen looks at me with teary eyes and walks closer towards me...she reaches out her hand as she caressed my cheek making me smile...

She smiles back as she pulls me into a tight hug...tears rolls down my cheeks and I look up to see the king looking at us with the same teary eyes and a huge smile

He pulls us to him and the three of us savored the wonderful moment...This is what home feels like

I smiled at the thought

Mom pulls away from me, still smiling "Welcome Home"

They usher me in and I told them I'll follow...I turned to North who was crying slightly...but he's smiling

I let out a giggle "Thank You for accompanying me Santa"

He chuckles as he pulls me into a hug...I hug him back

Too bad my parents couldn't see him...I'll fix that later

"So...This is goodbye Princess" He says and that made my heart sink...I haven't said Goodbye to Jack

I nod slowly "Yeah...Um...Please look after Jack for me...please?"

North smiles and nods "Of Course"

I watched him as he calls for his ride and I waved at him when he flew away...

This is it...Time for a new chapter...without him in it
