"Hey Dad, can my friend come over?" This was something Jeremiah was, not excitingly, waiting for. What could he do? Better yet, what should he do? "Look, honey, I know you want to have friends come over, but you know why we live down here." Jeremiah knew he wasn't going to win this battle against his daughter, since she is the debate queen of the family. "I knew you were going to say that, so, I made a PowerPoint for reasons why and how I should have a friend over!" Jeremiah chuckled a little, noting that her game has upgraded and that he needs to find a way to one up her.

"So, you think that if your mother, did background checks on the parents or met them, that we would say yes since they're safe?" Alyssa nodded, awaiting her father's response. To be honest, Jeremiah was quite impressed. His daughter was giving him valid points of how this could work out. "Ok, bring your mother in here and we'll discuss it ok?" Alyssa grabbed her laptop before heading to find her mother. "Oh, what am I going to do with that kid?" Jeremiah chuckled before returning to his blueprints.

"Daddy!" Lily yelled walking into Oswald's mansion that they were currently housing in. "Yes, my little clown, what is it?" Jerome replied, enveloping Lily in a hug, kissing her cheek, and releasing her before looking at her to continue. "Well, my friend Alyssa wants me to go over to her place and have a sleep over, but..." Jerome cut her off with a hesitant look, "but...." "But, her mother wants to meet you first since she has overprotective parents." Jerome rolled his eyes, how was he suppose to meet this woman without getting taking away. "Ok, well, I have an idea. I'm gonna call Aunty Babs to see if she can help us out with this problem ok?" Lily nodded, hugging her dad once more before climbing up the stairs disappearing.
