Inside the captains quarters, Zarina sharpened her sword with the bottom of smooth stone, she stood in between Sarah and Jacob. the four creating a plan seriously take down the red bluster. Her uncle turned on his heel, approaching the table with a glass and a bottle of liquor, he poured himself a glass, "When we reach the Dregmorr, we'll follow the trenches."

Sarah pointed the end of her knife towards them. "We stay battle-ready, clear decks, sharpened flints, and fresh cartridge." Zarina slid her dagger back inside the sheath on her belt - her eyes examining the scrolls in front of her and the layout they planned for the quest.

"The Bluster's hide will be plenty thick. Best to use the long spears." Jacob claimed, peering up at the three before landing his eyes on Zarina, who seemed to be avoiding his gaze. he felt his heart tug a little but didn't push forward. he just wondered if it was his fault zarina was upset.

She began to fix her tied up hair, folding her red bandana even tighter around her thick hair. "Them archers won't do any good but we've got plenty of carcass shot. We should hit it with fire, then go for a sleigh ride as Sarah would say." Zarina suggested with a ghost smile on her face, feeling Sarah nudge her arm with her own.

Jacob clenched his jaw when her eyes wouldn't meet with his, and averted his attention towards his Captain. "We're ready, Captain. We'll take that red demon."

The next day rolled in, Zarina stood in the middle of her crew — beside Jacob Holland whilst her captain gave his crew a motivational speech, for it may be their very last. "For we are hunters. And we will bring all of our skill and all of our rage down upon this beast. And there will be justice!" He declared out loud. The crowd in response roared in waves of cheers below him, stabbing their spears into the air and hooting. "But that will not be the end of this great ship. For no one has sailed beyond the Dregmorr Sea. No one knows what dangers lurk in that terrible unknown."

Zarina's hands balled into fists, her fingers nails digging into the palms of her hands. She knew where this speech was headed and she genuinely did not want to be here to listen to it. "But it will be this ship, under Jacob Holland, that will pierce the darkness." Zarina bit the inside of her cheek and clapped slowly along with the crowd. Her eyes locked at Jacob, seeing that he was already staring down at her. A look of guilt on his face.

"So, let's drink to a successful hunt, with many more to come." Just before Jacob could say anything to her, he was picked up by the sailors around him. forced to distance away from the woman. with an empty mug shoved in Zarina's hand, she forced herself to enjoy the moment and followed them towards the barrels.
