Three Bridges came into view, bells ringing out loud, telling the others of their arrival. Zarina approached beside Sarah, the two noticing the villagers gathering up to witness the event that would go down in history. The big gates opened for them, the sound of seagulls following after them. Hearing faint thuds behind her, she peered over her shoulder and Maisie's door began to slightly move. Her eyes gazed further to the side and met with Jacob's, the man sent her a small smile but she turned her head around.

Villagers chattered with excitement and cheered, as they waved vigorously at the sea hunters. Ms. Merino dropped the anchor, the inevitable coming to a stop in front of the balcony that stood the King and Queen. Zarina could sense their disappointment towards the royal army, yet held up their usual facade.

"Captain Crow. Well, it looks like we have our winner." The queen spoke, her voice and tone clearly telling them that she did not like the result of this contest.

"When I last visited Whiterock, you told me that the days of hunters were over. But the Imperator was no match for the beast." Captain Crow claimed, giving Jacob a firm nod and made his way to the end of the ship where Red laid. "All of your wealth and power, all of this is nothing compared to a hunters fury. And it's the Inevitable what will lead the way into the Dregmorr and beyond. Until the bones of every one of them beasts lies at the bottom of the sea!"

Hopping over the edge, his feet landed on Red's scaley hard skin and he glared down at its closed eye. There was no denying what her uncle was about to do, and when Zarina felt her own feet begin move, Jacob had beat her to it. Walking past her, she outstretched a hand for him and grasped his wrist in hers.

"Jacob, what are you doing?" She asked in a hushed whisper. She'd be lying if she said she wasn't worried about Jacob. Yet, a part of her told her to let him go. He needed to do this.

Jacob turned slightly, his free hand brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. His own eyes admiring his beloved's features. "Ending this war." And with that, he gently pulled himself from her hold and hopped over the ship. "Captain."

The sound of his voice caused her uncle to glance over at him, and rested his lance on his shoulder. "Jacob, get back on the ship." His voice laced with warning, telling Jacob that there would be no going back if he continued.

Jacob shook his head. "I can't let you do it."

Captain sighed, "You dishonor me, boy. As you dishonor all them hunters what come before. All them what died heroes."
