ꪀ° 19: shit fly

Your cries don't stop even as people pass by, it was loud but you couldn't stop even if you wanted to. It said so much that Jimin just knew. You really went through hell.

On the ride back home, you sit with Jimin in the back, holding his hand the whole way back while you over breath.

Taehyung looks through the rear view mirror to look at the two of you. He sighs softly in annoyance when you hug Jimin's torso and dig your face into his chest while he grazes your hair. You couldn't talk to him, your voice was too fucked up from crying all day. And if you talked, you'd just cry again. "Soo.. you could walk Hoseok." Taehyung raises an eyebrow at the man sitting in the passenger seat.

"Welp, you caught me."

When you go back into your room you never let go of his hand, making him bring his luggage into your room.

"Sooo, you're just not gonna let go of me?" Jimin chuckles, sitting on your bed with you while you hug him tightly.

"Mm-m." You shake your head no.

He laughs, "even if I need to use the bathroom?"

Taehyung enters the room with your luggage. He told Hoseok not to come in so you three could discuss with Jimin why he left for so long.

But Hoseok snuck in when Taehyung unlocked your door. "You're holding him too close y/n.." Taehyung says when he entered, rolling his eyes at Hoseok when he came in behind.

You glare at Taehyung in response.

He just sighs when you give him that look, sitting beside you while Hoseok sits at the circular chair in the corner of your bed. "You like this guy Y/n?" Hobi asks, crossing his arms.

"No, she loves me," Jimin replies, throwing his arm around you to rub the side of your shoulder up and down once.

"Right, she loVes you even though you weren't the one there for her these past few months." Hobi wanted to exaggerate it because he was the one there for you.

"Nah, he wasn't there for her for the past 6 years." Taehyung looks at Jimin, resting his palms onto your bed. "So are you gonna tell us why you left for so long and never cared to come back for Y/n?"

"The fuck you mean, were you not there for her already??" Jimin growls back, his head turned to the side to look at his old friend.

Taehyung takes a deep breath, no response.

"So you left her too."

"And her dad left her too. She was alone. If you hadn't been so childish and ran off like that, she wouldn't have been alone for so long." Tae says without looking at Jimin.

Hoseok leans back in his chair, surprised about the whole situation, eavesdropping and trying to understand what happened between you three.

"Why'd you have to leave just because Taehyung and I was dating," you wipe your tear that drops, "I don't understand why couldn't you just be happy for us. I never ran off when you dated 20 girls back then when I had a one sided love for you..." you grab Jimin's shirt, fisting your hand as you start to cry into his torso.

He sighs in frustration, "I'm sorry." He hugs you tight, trying not to cry in front of the other boys. "I'll make it up to you."

You shake your head, "you're just like Taehyung. How could you even make up for the past 5 years that you've been gone when I needed you the most." You sob-talk, your voice muffled into his shirt.

When he closed his eyes to take in the words being thrown at his face, his tears fall, "I was never there for you." You pull away from his chest, looking at him as you hiccup. "I know I did you wrong and I was never really there for you when you needed me.. I-" he chokes on his words when he tries not to cry, "I didn't know you lost your dad and Taehyung.. i thought I could leave you in Taehyung's hands and he'll take care of you...." Jimin bites his lip and looks up, taking a deep breath to recollect himself, "I'm sorry I couldn't keep my promise to your dad. I know it was immature of me for running away when I found out you were dating Taehyung." He sniffles. "If you wanna hit me, you can."
