chapter 17

Your pov

I took my shower and fell onto our bed with just my towel on. I layed there for 10 minutes then I heard the door open. I looked up and it was Rose with some food for me. I still didn't feel like eating so I let my head fall back down.

"Baby you gotta eat something" she whined

"Nu uh" I mumble

"Pleeeaasssseeee" she begs

"No" I pout

She climbs onto the bed and lays on me. I do nothing, I don't even move. She continues to lay on me until I finally cave in.

She hands me the good and I slowly eat it. Once I'm finished she looks at me satisfied. I was still pouting a little bit because she made me eat more. Once I'm done sulking I get dressed in a sports bra and some sweats.

It was only 9:30 in the morning and the day was already shitty. I'm assuming Rose knew I was in bad mood cause she layed in bed waiting for me. I crawled into her embrace while she turned the tv on.

She put on my favorite movie which is The Corpse Bride. My head lay on her shoulder as her hand was holding mine. I started to get drowsy as we reached the middle of the movie. We finished the movie and Rose was half asleep.

"Why do you hate her" she mumbled

"I have more then one reason" I reply

"Tell me please" she whines

"One she wants you"

"And two?"

"She's my ex"I mumble

"Oh"

"I don't wanna talk about it ok"

"Ok we don't have to"

She falls asleep a few minutes later and I slip my hand out of hers. I leave her a note so she doesn't freak out when she awakes. I go out to the living room,pick out a book and sprawl out on the couch.

I read for and hour until I finally passed on the couch.

Rose's pov

I woke up with out y/n in bed with me but she left a note. I walked out into the living room to find her passed out on the couch with a book in her hand. I looked at the book title and it was one of my favourites.

She said Daphne was her ex. No wonder she was so protective of me. But what I heard her say that day when she found me kissing her killed me inside. I had won her heart now I will do everything I can to protect it.
