Sincere Sinclair or as everyone calls him Smoke, he was seated in my parents house between his twin brothers as they all sit to play couple video games on the big screen. It was when their mother came in through the door from work and greet them before kissing her husband's cheek. She took a seat next to him and turns to her first and eldest son.

"Sincere Daniel Sinclair?"

"Yes ma'am?" He teased like he always do when she calls him by his given name whenever she has something important to say.

His younger brothers snicker at him being in trouble but wasn't disappointed when Sarah called Terrell's name, knowing how much of a trouble both men are with or without each other.

"I saw Terrell today.." She look over at his reaction noticing how a frown came upon his lips. "He said you're old and I promised him I'll tell you."

"You saw him after work?" He asked, remembering how he was the one who took her to work then meet up at the trap house where Terrell was doing his job.

"That's all I'm saying to you. I am not telling mah patients business outside of work."

"Mama." He whines like a kid and she smirks.

"Ight, he came by with a cute Caribbean girl. That's all I'm telling you... Sincere Daniel Sinclair, what the hell did you do boy?" His mother asked as her smirk was replaced with a frown when she imagine all that blood rushing to his head by the way his expression changes.

"I'm leaving y'all. I love you mama, pops." He got up, throw the shirt over his naked shoulder but before he could walk out the door his mother was standing there with her hands on her hips staring up at him.

"Speak."

Running his hand over his face, he left it covering his mouth then look over his shoulder at his father who was grinning. Daniel wasn't getting involved with his wife and son at this point, Sincere was in it by himself.

"If I ask you again I'm gon beat chu ass, don't think I'm too short or you too big to get it!"

"It's his sister that all I know." He tells her but the next thing he felt was a sting on his arm from Sarah's slap. "Pops!"

"Daniel! Your son had sex with Terrell's virgin sister on a one night stand. She came in limping and shit, she thought I didn't see ha' expression when she saw mah face or I when was telling ha' bout mah past or mah son. If you don't want ha' don't bother ha' or start nothing with Terrell. Y'all getting on mah damn nerves every time one of y'all starts being petty."

"Pops ain't leave you so I ain't gon leave ha'. Terrell know I'm interested that's why he's like that but y'all gon know soon." He tells her with wicked glint in his eyes.

Sarah looks up at her son and shook her head but it was a lost cause once he puts his mind to something or on someone, there's no turning back. "Get chu ass out mah house boy. You and yo' daddy are the same damn thing so I'll leave everything to the lord. Make sure you leave some money on mah purse cause you over ere eating mah food like you don't remember where the Chinese place you love so much is located. Love you, bye."

She sent him a air kiss and went off upstairs of her two storey family home. Both father and son shared a look then lift arms and fingers in a fist. It was a their unspoken way of saying; good luck, be strong, do what you gotta do and be safe. Sincere gave him busy brothers Derrick and Devin one last took before taking half of the stack he got in his pocket on his mother's purse.

In his heart he knew she was saving all the money he gives her for something he I'll need in the future. She has always been looking out for him and his father was always five steps ahead of him, those two would one day send him to an early grave with their surprises.
