Chapter 35

Within the palace Nova and Riaura grew hesitant if they should really believe and trust his word or just surrender to Zorion and hope for the best. However things turned for the worst when Zorion walked in on them somehow finding them while walking around the palace wearing some of Alvar's clothes despite being slightly smaller since the Prince is bigger than Voltar, Vegeta and Goku thanks to his Uco DNA the old King leaked. The three stood in silence staring at one another in shock, surprised that they were found so quickly even though Zorion wasn't even trying to find and accidentally walked in expecting to find nothing, but oh boy was he wrong.

"Well.. this is very unfortunate. I didn't expect to find you this quickly. It has only been an hour since you fled from the library" He recalled taking notes sounding very disappointed as Nova when hiding away would usually take several hours before anyone is lucky enough to find her and yet here he is finding her so soon and in a room with shut curtains as a breeze blew in seeing the balcony glass doors wide open making everything perfect. "Why don't you close the balcony doors? I don't think you want Xzander to come in do you?" He stated raising an eyebrow at Nova only wanting her to go up there and close them, but something was off about this request his voice was slightly shaky as if he was afraid of something or someone.

"Um.. Why can't you do it? You see it you do it" Nova replied looking back then at him again seeing how close she was to it and yet didn't want to waste any more energy on pointless things like closing a balcony window for some lazy coward.

"You're literally the closest! You could at least be kind enough to shut it before he realises anything, unless you do want to die?" He complained in response flailing his arms in the balcony's direction while also questioning her if she truly had enough of living such a life filled with endless misery and bad luck.

"Meh. I rather face death as I am not the one quivering like a panzie" Nova pointed at him as he looked at his hands seeing how violently shaking they had become making it pretty obvious that he was scared of something or maybe Xzander? "I thought you wanted to kill him with your 'limitless power' right? What's stopping you? Oh wait! I remember, he has some of my REAL limitless power and you can no longer stand up against him can you? Oh what a pity" mocking him Zorion gritted his teeth as he lowly growled narrowing his eyes at her trying to figure out what she was trying to do other than piss him off. Riaura on the other hand was silent not sure if she will ever get used to her best friend's challenging behavior especially when she is angry and knows you extremely well hurting all the spots where it hurts the most.

"You're just like her! A monstrous, heartless God. You disgust me" Zorion roared having no problem stand up against her as he came even closer in an attempt on intimidating her which didn't work clenching his hand in anger holding back the desire on punching her in that pretty pale face of hers.

"You better not be thinking about using those fists" Riaura intruded in their conversation as Zorion closed his eyes slightly turning away from them retaining his anger before quickly  looking at the Princess having no problem on standing up against her while her old man isn't wondering about.

"Or what? What are you or your weak ass father going to do to me, huh? Nothing. So why don't you shut the fuck up and stay out of this as it doesn't involve you" He let out not just disrespecting her pride, but her father too as he turned his attention back to Nova while Riaura walked around him until she was facing his back not caring if her friend was in the way. The Princess looked at her right palm before clenching it into a firm hard fist then glanced up at Zorion who was paying no attention at her filling up the rage bar even more than it has even been for years charging up for a powerful punch hoping it would send him flying out of the palace she was in charge of until Voltar's return.

"No one talks to me like that. Not even my father.. and he is a real man!" Riaura roared catching both of their attention as her power sky rocketed giving Zorion no time to react hitting him seconds after he tried to move out of the way colliding into Nova causing them both to go flying out the balcony window destroying the railing catching some unwanted attention leaving the two to land far away from the palace and into the open as Zorion groaned rubbing his head while a sharp pain could be felt in his gut while Nova sat up with him laid over her lap as she was use to being a crash cushion and surprised that she is even alive after taking most of the fall damage.
