(Basil's POV): As I watched Sunny leave the flower shop I felt my knee's become wobbly as I sink to the floor beneath me and it made Aubrey worried as she shook my shoulder slightly asking, "Are you okay?!" her tone was slightly panicked and when I nodded she realized when she saw I was red in the face, "You've never gotten a guys number before have you?" I nodded once again and she and the boy named Kel started laughing along with Mari while Hero just shook his head in a chuckling matter. I slowly stood up with help from Aubrey as she said they had to head back to their studio but before she left she asked, "Do you want to come Basil? Sunny's gonna be there but I doubt for long." I looked back at my manager and he nodded I knew I had gotten the green light so I said that I would come along and it made Aubrey smile that I was going to be coming. I walked with the rest of the group and saw Sunny sitting in one of the backseats. I honestly didn't think that all of us could fit into the car until Kel folded one of the seats and climbed into the back with Aubrey following behind closing the seat behind her leaving the only seat next to Sunny open and I knew there plan at that moment. I glared at Aubrey as I sat next to Sunny against the other window. Sunny looked up from his phone and scooted closer to me and asked me questions about flowers the whole ride and it was nice to know someone else had an interest in flowers like I did. Soon enough we were at the studio and everyone was getting out of the car me having to follow Sunny out because Kel was impatient and was already busting his way to get out of the car with Aubrey not far behind. Sunny pointed at the flower clip in my hair as we walked into the building Hero held the door open for all of us to which I responded with, "It's a flower clip that my grandmother gave to me a couple of years ago. I wear it because real flowers die fast during the fall and the winter." Sunny nodded and smiled at me again making me blush once more. (GOD how can someone be so cute?! It's impossible?!) My thoughts were interrupted when something cold touched my cheek I looked up to see it was Sunny holding a can of sprite to my face and a smile crossed his lips as he sipped from his own can standing very close to me as I took the can. I could hear my heart beat faintly in my ears and as Sunny pressed closer I heard another heartbeat it was beating a little slower than mine but it was still fast. (Is he embarrassed? Why would his heart be beating so fast? Is it because of me...) Sunny and I continued to stand in silence as Aubrey and Kel began fighting over pointless things such as soda or how bad orange joe was. I started to zone out and I figured Sunny had to because when I refocused Mari was waving a hand in front of both of our faces when she saw I was focused again she lowered her hand and said, "Great I at least got one person out of there daydreams! Could you try and help me get Sunny back to earth please?" I nodded and looked down slightly he was probably an inch shorter than me so it gave me good access so I lifted my hand not holding the can and pinched his cheek slightly and it made him jump and look up at me betrayed. The way he was pouting as he rubbed his cheek softly made me giggle and laugh softly afterward soon getting him to laugh as well and I don't know why but laughing as this reminded me of when I was younger and it was just me and my grandma. I recalled how we did everything together until I meet Aubrey and started and started hanging out with her a lot but now my thoughts were getting negative so I shook my head clean of them and thought about how today had gone and that lightened my mood almost instantly. The rest of the evening was pleasant but near the end of it Sunny and Aubrey came to me with Aubrey saying, "Sunny wants to give you something." She nudged Sunny in the arm and he shakily handed me a ticket to the concert along with a backstage pass I felt my cheeks burn as he pressed them closer to my hands. Aubrey chuckled before taking my hands and making them grasp Sunny's for a moment until he let go of the tickets leaving them in my hands he smiled at me and I smiled back. As Aubrey and I walked back to our houses after Mari had parked at the house she, Sunny, and their parents lived Aubrey asked if I wanted to walk back with her which I agreed to do almost immediately. We were walking in silence until Aubrey asked, "Do you like Sunny?" I glanced at her and said, "Yeah he is a nice person and a wonderful friend as he and the rest of that group seemed to make you happy." A groan escaped Aubrey's lips grabbing my sleeve before she said, "What about more than a friend?" I felt my cheeks burn once again and by now she knew her answer as she let go of my sleeve and walked up to the front of her house and opened the door shouting, "SEE YOU TOMORROW BASIL!!!" I waved at her as she closed the door and I walked the rest of the way back to my house crossing over an intersection before reaching the front door and opening it to see Polly asleep on the couch walking past her I went to my room and flopped on my bed and rethought all of today's events in my head and it made my chest feel warm and I knew tonight I would have a good dream all thanks to the people who came into my world.
